Now you confused me. Auto-rescan is supposed to happen or not? If yes, and you won't add GUI auto-recovery, it would be useful
to have at least a pop-up saying "Please reload this page to update transaction status" or something similar.

The re-scan happens as a recovery step when your client is intentionally being fed with wrong blocks and transactions by a bad peer. Then the blockchain is reloaded from the .nxt.bak files, the unconfirmed transactions discarded, and the peer blacklisted. But it is too complicated to also force the GUI to recover. Usually it is pretty obvious that something is wrong as the Recent blocks count becomes negative, there are lots of orphaned blocks and as you noticed thousands of bogus unconfirmed transactions. If a reload of the browser page fixes it, I think this is good enough for now.

Just give it some time. For everything that has been said on here about DGEX I have had no problems with them other than some time delays.

I did reload the GUI but only after I shutdown and then rerun NXT so I can't tell if all would be OK if I just reloaded GUI. I will check
on the next rescan occurence.

We lock (locking method not clarified) not the account but all outgoing transactions which would exceed the cumulated outgoing nxt amount in a given time frame. So you can set this amount to whatever you want. (0 = complete 'lock of the account' for example)

Nah it would work like this. An account would broadcast an message request a voting on bombing a certain place before a deadline. Accounts   would vote or not vote before deadline. At deadline if the votes are enough, drones will be sent out automatically to carry the mission.

I meant mentally. It'd mean that some bounded center of mindsets, ethics etc actually exists and supressing other part of Nxt communtiy (that part which lost that voting). And it's not OK at all.

For me it'd look like: "I want to be able send drones to location with decision by world wealth (WTF?), so I'd convince any good dev to udpate protocol and then convince community to setup such tool." No supressing built-in only outside (honest) competition of parts of community sharing diff. points of view.

I am trading at Dgex since 7th of December and can't say anything bad about it. Pretty sure eveything will be fine.. Just be prepared to wait about a week or so. That is what Graviton said about my case(
