Out of curiosity, what's the per KWH electricity rate in Italy?

It's hard to define in one value but I'll try to explain!
In Italy, for non-domestic contracts, the price is variable and based on day-time/day (F1, F2, F3) & month of the year... The reason is a quite new law that allow some new market liberties and, unfortunately, indirect regulation too... You can check by yourself here

The Neptune will be hosted in a small data-center with air conditioning, business level electricity contract, continuous surveillance and expert maintenance if needed. We can also setup a webcam in private streaming if you prefer.
To recap and to give you an example, business contracts are far more convenient in respect of domestic residential contracts!
