I don't get something... I got the 10000 GRA from the giveaway last week but it is stuck in something called "Stake" and it says it isn't counted as part of my account balance.

possibly you can try to resync the blockchain. This is what you can try:
0. exit the qt client
1. make a backup of your wallet.dat (under the config dir, usually at c:/users/**yourcomputername**/AppData/Roaming/Grain)
2. in the config dir, remove all the files EXCEPT your wallet.dat and grain.conf if you have it. Again DO NOT remove wallet.dat
3. then restart you qt client. The client will re-download the blockchain, and hopefully your problem will be solved.

If you still have problem, consider to repair the wallet use -repair option.

and other major exchanges such as mt.gox, cryptsy, and bitstamp as soon as possible (stability and security of those websites not withstanding - that's a general problem and we don't have much of an alternative).

Especially important is the first two coin chart websites I mentioned. In order for this coin to grow, I also suggest putting up a different source for your front page definition of grain - a virtual currency that advertises itself with quotes from wikipedia may not elicit such confidence, at least to serious investors. It practically screams amateurism, unfortunately.


May I also suggest, for the give away, lifting the restrictions from dec 1st to dec 6th or 7th since this thread was not launched until the dec 7th? Of course, activity and participation on these forums should always be considered.

I'm getting some errors on forkpool that I've never gotten before. I'm getting an error that says 'job 10a not found'. Then after a while I get 'worker is temporarily banned'

It has been working great this past day but this just started not too long ago. Any idea on why this is happening?

Not really sure what was going on there. It was definitely there before and got deleted after ~4 hours. PV is the only one that's posted in that subforum too.
