Upgrading the QT to the latest version from the original version....

do i have to delete the entire old blockchain?

where is the step by step upgrading guide and why no sticky on doge forum??

What about all the latest good nodes??? where is the list for these...

come on doge dev this should be a stick for everyone jsut learning the coin forked and needs qt to be upgraded at once.

Added to OP this link: http://www.reddit.com/r/dogecoin/comments/1ug958/psa_dogecoin_wallet_version_14_released_you_must/

Latest good nodes are listed on OP.

the new wallet is still showing the 11DB error or whatever it is?? even though i downloaded that file with the rescan instruction??
what to do next?

I didn't get that particular error so I'm not sure the answer to that. You tried the couple of links in the Reddit thread related to the error I assume?

Yeah it said DB error something about too full or something

downloaded the reddit  bat file that just runs the qt with rescan

didn't help

now deleting everything from the old roaming (except wallet dat) and seeing if it will sync up with the new nodes to the correct chain.

hopefully will work. If not i guess i am out of options.

It should sync doing that.  I don't remember the format offhand, but the chain is a database(DB) and it's probably corrupt.  Deleting everything except wallet.dat will let 1.4 download a clean DB.

Please remove StuffCoins.com from the list of sites on this post.  StuffCoins.com appears to be a scam.  I deposited a small amount of BTC to place a bid.  After being outbit, I requested a withdrawal.  It has been a week and I have not received it.  I have tried multiple times to contact the site admin and have received no response.

Do not send your BTC or DOGE to StuffCoins.com!  Angry

So they were setup like a penny auction?  Checkout the link in my sig.  We're just getting started, but all payments go through a reputable independent gateway(we never even see the buyers payment) and no charge ever(till the sun burns out) to buyers and no listing fees for sellers.  Final value for sellers is only $0.10 for values from 0.00000001-1,000,000 coin units.  And we support DOGE.  As a matter of fact I have an auction with a bid that is using DOGE for the currency.

I remember posts where lots of people said when Doge hits $1 they are going to go out and buy a Shiba Inu.  I am in this group.

The Jesuits = The Money Changers - Executive order 11110, Green Hilton Memorial Agreement, Global collateral accounts.. The US Treasury needs to print United States Notes backed by any physical assets; unlike this debt tool 'federal reserve note' printed by a private central bank that is 100% unconstitutional
