That is what you consider a good explanation? A thread in which the author himself admits he doesn't have a clue what he's talking and the a lot of people saying much wow , such fork? Why it happened? Because the clone wasn't up to date , simple. It has to copy again some fixes from bitcoin , which it was supposed to replace =))))))) Compare this mess https://github.com/dogecoin/dogecoin/issues/250And how people solve issues in the bitcoin area , it's like a bunch of kids arguing about their crayons. Sorry... I'll work at taking this stuff much more seriously in the future. Clearly I failed to see the significance of this issue and the impending doom that is shall bring upon the Earth and surrounds planets. For that I apologize space surfer dude. Much sorry.... This is one piece of the lamest irony I have come across this board. So basically , everything is fine , as long as we don't think about it and keep posting much wow such wow , things will work out. That's one bulletproof plan for a coin that wants to replace litecoin. But has copied the unfixed version at launch. Oh my GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You mean they made a mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's it I'm done. I can't stand it.... Life will never be the same again. Thankfully you are here to point out the flaws of others because surely no mistakes could be made in your presence. And yes, I'm done feeding the troll.

pool operators should have enough experience with crypto at this point to anticipate these issue, in the sense that the issue happened with bitcoin some time ago and the need for pools to upgrade from 1.4.x to 1.5.x should be known and recognized by pool operators
The issue happened indeed with bitcoin in March , the question is , why has this affected doge , since the fix was already published long time ago ? even before doge was born! No one here understand that this fork was caused by pools that were using old version? Old version vs new version was 1/4th vs 3/4th. Because some pool operators fucked up so this is mistake of Dogecoin?!? Common!!!

So are they following the fork or stickin with old route Have 1.51 wallet and it is ok according to the blockhash instructions on reddit. One node I have out of sync, using DNS for nodes (conf file no longer used) 79.167.52.88:22556 is the perpetrator of the only 1.41 wallet I see.
