Binance, trade.io, Huobi, Kukoin and the list goes on. These exchanges are the best because they have liquidity as well as rock solid security to boot. A blockchain is a decentralized, distributed and public digital ledger that is used to record transactions across many computers so that the record can not be retroactively changed without altering all subsequent blocks and network consensus.
