Only 6GB+ GPU supported for Grin ?

I cannot live, I cannot die, trapped in myself.
Hold my breath as I wish for death. Oh please god, help me !
Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

I got this one to work on a 470 4G rig. With today's GRIN prices, this rig is now running a profit again.

NOTE: I have had 2 x 10 GPU 1060 6 GB rigs running on bminer for 5 days. Att 55 GPS for the pair, they're getting their best profits in several months.  Grin

So it looks like I got a simple mining rig running on grin 29 at f2pool

about 20gh  for 3 1080ti's

next question is what exchange do I use?

or how do I get a wallet address.

they said they will pay every 3 grin on f2 pool

hotbit looks big

bitforex is doing volume

gate.io rounds out the top 3 in volume

I'm using Bitforex with the method that Vosk described in his last video. The Bitforex userid allows for easy transfer from F2Pool and SparkPool. That way, I don't need a working wallet yet.

Phil, dude.
Mine Grin with all your gear.
With any pool/wallet/exchange/miner you want.

Bitforex is the probably the worst pick you can make.
It is best to have your own wallet of course.
That said, Gate.io or even Hotbit would be a better pick.

I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick ass ... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

F2Pool GRIN announcements (Note: you may have to log in to see these):

https://www.f2pool.com/user/home

Dear F2Pool miners: As requested from our miners to sell Grin faster, F2Pool will adjust the minimum payout threshold from 5 Grin to 3 Grin from 2019-1-29. After that day, F2Pool will process your Grin payouts once per day when your balance has reached 3 Grin at 0:00 every day. Thank you for your support!

Grin withdrawal through F2Pool is now available! Create an account in the exchange & add Grin payment information in F2Pool APP. Click and complete the settings soon:

 https://blog.f2pool.com/en/announcement-en/grin_ann_withdraw_en

In order to solve the problem of slow maturity of Grin block, F2Pool has cooperated with Bitmesh, Bitforex and AEX to create fast payment channels, in which the Grin payment to the three exchanges will be completed by 6:00(UTC) everyday from the 22nd. Bitmesh users please note that payment will be delayed by using the Bitmesh wallet address. Please select "Bitmesh" in the payout settings and fill in your UID to make Grin's quick payment.

We have been mining Beam on Sparkpool and overall it's been a positive experience.  They have translated allot of the site now, so you don't have to rely on Google Translate like it was at first (that was a very "interesting" experience).

Phil - I can report my Grin setup as follows.

SMOS
Mining to F2Pool
Withdraw to Bitmesh
Sell at Bitmesh for BTC
Withdraw BTC to BTC Wallet.

I was pleasantly pleased with F2Pool -> Bitmesh.  Selling at Bitmesh was painless.  BTC withdraw was painless.

at this point  i have 3 rigs mining grin

1x 2070 is at spark pool

6x 1080ti are at f2pool.

I have .55 grin  but I can see that the 1080ti's will do around   1,2 grin a day which is 13 dollars a little more then 2 a card.

I can not do a with draw until weds   as I think I will be at 3 coins by then.

I will decide carefully what exchange to send to.

I think I did this correctly

I binded my spark pool to a bitforex  all grin 29.

I am still not going to worry about my f2pool as I won't reach 3 coins for 2 more days.

back to the sparkpool+bitforex binding.

So I would like to pull coins out of sparkpool as fast as I can just to see if I did it right.

how do I set a withdraw level for sparkpool.  I can not find info on how do that.

Every 24 h sparkpool issues a withdraw, either to withdraw with email or send to pool if you have binded it.
In your case you should see the balance automatically on the exchange, without doing anything else.
It has no minimum withdraw, anything mined over the last 24h - you get paid the following day.

No it's not. It took me 30 minutes per rig.
You can swiftly change your Windows rigs to Minerbabe (Linux OS), just by installing it on a USB key drive.
This does not require to know anything about Linux, and you don't change anything on your current setups.

https://www.minerbabe.com/pc.html/#/helps/commonDisk

Then instead of booting into Windows, boot from the USB key. Boom, you are mining c31 (or c29) with AMD cards (and NVDIA for that matter).
