If you win all the other bets, the parlay odds will be reduced as if you never added the bet on the canceled event.

If you bet with multiple coins or payout addresses, you need to provide your e-mail address so that your loyalty points will be combined from all your bets. Otherwise, loyalty points will be counted separately for each payout address.

If you don't see your loyalty points count it means that the bet payout address has less than 1 loyalty point.

If you didn't enter your e-mail address and want us to retroactively combine loyalty points from all your bets, please e-mail support@directbet.eu and send us all the payout addresses that you used for betting this month and we will fix that for you.

For the 2nd time in trying to make a wager at DirectBet, my exchange/wallet did not send in a timely manner.
I sent 13 minutes before start time. For reasons unknown, it took almost 2 hours to get it sent. Still haven't gotten a response from my emails asking for an explanation.

But I also didn't want to make the wager elsewhere and end up having a double bet, so waited till only about 2-3 minutes before event start.
By then the 2nd best line had moved, had to take a worse line. It won, and it cost me money as I would have bet and won more if I'd skipped DirectBet and took the 2nd best line initially.

None of the above is your fault in any way.

However, it's not worth the hassle and time (as well as money) wasted.

So in the future I won't be using DirectBet until you institute deposits.

I think it's great that you don't require them, but this is twice now that I've lost out due to problems getting you the wager in time.
And then sometimes the line I wanted is gone by the time it's sent and received, even if done rapidly which it normally is.

As for the problem, which wallet are you using ?
