How to import my paperwallet private key at blockchain wallet web version? In new version I cant find import button

When I click Settings -> Addresses -> Imported Addresses  -> Manage Addresses, I can see "Import Address" button.
But if you don't already have "Imported Addresses" folder it may be different for you.
But you may still find it from Settings -> Addresses, I am not sure though because I had them from the start because my old wallet addresses got imported there.

As I stated above before , only way to get your private keys from your new addresses is using this : https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-2l6xOqcbjs9QWEqSh72RD1d8EEdvG_hQuEXw_f_o6w/edit (but it's not that newbie-friendly) , according to the FAQ they are planning to make it better soon.

Have you backed up your wallet ? Or downloaded it as a PDF ? If yes,you can always find your unique id in that paper wallet.Otherwise I'm afraid the support can't do anything.

when I have 0.002 btc for example in my wallet, and want to transfer  0.0017 btc not accepted, only accepts transfer 0.0014, I wonder why? can someone explain to me what I should do or is this normal?

Transaction fees bud.You do get a warning message that the funds you're trying to send are lesser that the amount in your wallet and you have Press Okay to adjust the funds and send it.While you do that,the remaining amount for transaction fees is deducted from your actual balance you wanted to transfer.

#2. Could I switch back to old wallet version, I don't like the new one.

1. It's no longer possible , as mentioned in the Login Page - The series of numbers and dashes at the end of the link is your Login ID which means you should copy them.

2. No body likes it. At first , they was giving the ability to switch to the legacy wallet but not anymore. It's wiser to switch to a desktop wallet IMO.

I would go with Electrum for any OS except android at any given time. the development is active , It supports multiple hardware wallets , It has a seed to recover your wallet In case something bad happens , the full thing is there. I simply like it.

I agree, and Electrum doesn't require a lot of your hard disk space, only about 40MB unlike bitcoin core which needs over 65GB.
So, it's fast to download and easy to set up.
It's also available for android but I use Mycelium myself for android.

Blockchain.info is still in your favour.Take that as an enhanced security update.Copy-Pasting the identifier everytime may seem a little tidious when compared with previous update.Use Electrum and read their Faq to take initial steps in your set-up.

I tried to check a few transactions and I can't see it anymore either , It's better to check another blockexplorer instead , they are probably doing some updates because I doubt they would remove such an important feature as this one.

One wallet that I never leave, I always check every day because some of the cloud mining programs I use wallet from blockchain. the security system is very good, I hope same with xapo or coinbase that free fees.

If you have the passphrase then you could try to recover your wallet using them and I don't think the email is needed in that case. It's better to contact the support team first , click the sign in and make an account and send them a ticket , It could take a few hours before they answer you.

I am able to login on the support site, but cannot find a "open ticket" function.

I am unable to tag my address anymore.
After filling in all the required info it says that the captcha is invalid (and it really isn't).

Anyone else encountered this?

Why would you need to login in order to recover your wallet ? It doesn't make much sense to me. I have never recovered a wallet before but from my understanding you should be able to by going to https://blockchain.info/wallet/#/recover , entering your passphrase of 12 words and click on continue .
