Given the current price, i'd say around 1000 nobl would be good.

There are some PoA websites out there that will verify actions on different social media websites that I'll try and use.

I doubt I could personally fund it for very long though, so it would take some community or Rofo intervention.

Noble's biggest problem is lack of buzz in social media. Maybe this will kickstart some conversations about it.

You want a use case? I've been a die hard supporter since the inception of NOBL. NOBL has been my coin of choice for mining, that's it, since January. I mine with Poolerino and Lifeforce and had great success with them both. I've bought items from the NOBL market, I've used NOBL between friends to buy, sell, trade services and goods, I've made a long term investment in this coin. The BTC I acquire, I buy more NOBL. Why? .....because to me it's not just the coin, I'm investing in the developers and the community. That's a big deal to me. It builds confidence. I don't mine to dump, I mine to use. While the the price has dropped, I have wondered about my investment, but this community and the regular updates and transparency from developers like Rofo make me feel much better about where I stand. Keep up the good work guys and I appreciate your efforts to stand apart from every other alt coin.

Nice to see you here, I remember you from day one on Poolerino.

The gleam campaign was not fully activated. From what I can tell, the only information they can collect is the user's email and so youd have to email back and forth to reward users. Seems sloppy.
Also, while our community effort to raise store credit for Gleam was a huge success (up to $35), Im still 4 dollars short in paying for the first month.. That gleam site's expensive  
I can launch it as well if you'd like me to though though=)

Sounds great to me.
As for hours spent on it, took me roughly 6 hours yesterday (i'm a bit of a slow programmer..)
I definitely need to add a "thanks for participating page" after they hit the submit button. But I can confirm it is working; have about a dozen participants so far.
If there are any other pages or tweets you'd like to promote instead of what i chose, let me know, i'd gladly switch them out.
