We've also posted the e-mail we sent CoinedUp a couple of days ago: http://www.noblecoin.info/our-open-letter-to-coinedup/Nothing game-changing, just for those who were interested in it and because I did mention I would post it - we're not trying to be pushy here - we hope it will happen naturally soon.

What do you think about the comment a few pages back on the low volume over there?

I think it is a valid concern and we would love to be on every exchange. We didn't want to assume or push an immediate ability to get on something like Cryptsy however - once we're on one we can move onto the other smaller exchanges to gain a bit more volume. We didn't want to risk the view that we're 'stagnating' without an exchange and lose a bunch of miners/network support before we at least managed to get the ball rolling. We're all ears to other advice or approaches to this though.

Maybe it is an idea to base the massive miner rewards on hashrate.
10k is a lot if the net hashrate increases to say 1 Ghash. (around 10k for a full day of mining at 1 Mhash)
Maybe the 10k/100k should be based on say 250 Mhash and halve with every doubling of the net hash? (5k/50k at 500 mhash, etc)

thanks for your reply Rofo.
Though i think 'stagnation' is a done deal in the current ALT climate with btc investors losing quite a bit on all those new coins everyone has taken a wait and see approach which usually means a drop in price at the market with miners leading the charge to sell lower..
Taking an inversely proportional formula based on number of coins produced in 60 seconds against the current price of profitable coins taking into consideration current difficulty i have come up with these numbers..
Lot is 65,792 now at 14... which means we could see a stable price of about 185 satoshi ( difficulty 8.5) Eac is 10,000 now at 140.. which means we could see a stable price of about 280 satoshi (difficulty 32.5) WDC is 106.8 now at 44.. which means we could see a stable price of about 940 (difficulty at 56.5) Doge is 500,000 now at 44.. which means we could see a stable price of about 4400 satoshi (difficulty 403.5)
Also be advised that the prices listed above are current peak profitability so we will likely see lower values.
so that's the basic correlation on pricing i have determined with difficulty as their markers.. with our current difficulty of 2.1 market price will be closer to
Casinocoin which is 100 now at 1188... which means we could see a price of about 24 satoshi.. (but Casinocoin is around the bottom at this time of writing so would expect our value to be around 30)
my expectation is that As, we currently don't have hype like doge or eac i estimate post exchange to put us in the 8.5 difficulty range similar to LOT with our stable price being in the 150 range.
This isnt FUD and the numbers may be way off but i dont think i will be too far off with my predictions.. I dont suggest hyping it up.. cos its a hard crash from there.. I will however take a stance that merchant/miner adoption is critical. The idea for miner block rewards was a bit of genius really. I believe you doubled net hash from that alone.
By the way the prices i am quoting above are in relation to stability after prices do the inflation/dip at exchange launch... We could very well see 10000 satoshi if people have faith in the future of the coin.. but that is irrelevant to me as i am not much for dumping.. I prefer the long term and immediate trading for small gains.. I am well aware of the problems miners face when it comes to capitalizing asap to pay of their Credit card/Power bills.. but i would sincerely advice to not sell more than half your stake.
Why? Because NOBLE dev has proven to be a rarity among ALT devs. Communicative and willing to back up failures in a pool. I think most of us are tired of being scammed and as such this is our safe haven from the insanity out there.. Lets do our best to preserve our space.

I am by no means a big player in the crypto community, but I have to say that I will be mining this for a considerable amount of time (unless my backup miner goes the same way as my main one did). Just because the effort that has been put in and the community that is associated with this coin. Already.
I don't think we should be hasty with trying to be on an exchange, it may give all the crap coins out there time to simmer down.
