off the p2p payout list AGAIN.  i last about 5 or so payments and then my address is gone again.

i am getting around 600Kh/s total, is that not enough to stay on p2p?

You should average your expected daily rate. You won't receive payments in every single block.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

To anyone who wants to quickly hack BAMT to use vertminer do this as root:

Code:
git clone https://github.com/Bufius/vertminer-gpu.git /tmp/vertminer
cd /tmp/vertminer
./buildit.sh
cp -R /tmp/vertminer /opt/miners/vertminer
cp /opt/miners/cgminer/ADL_SDK/* /opt/miners/vertminer/ADL_SDK/

I just did exactly as you with BAMT 1.3.
But some settings doesn't seem to work. Like core/memory speed and fan control. Did you encountered same issue? Is there any fix?
Thanks.

cryptsy sucks.  It's nice and polished looking, but it takes way too long to deposit and withdraw.

You're right about the money too.  As lucrative the income that a crypto exchange must make, some of these exchanges should have been overhauled.

I have experienced this also.  The core and memory won't work with vertminer config, but I believe it did when I first set it up which is strange... so I end up tweaking the settings with a turned off cgminer screen after the rig loads up

what program are you using?  what do you mean by boos?  Is it not connecting, or is it just shutting off on you?

IMPORTANT CHANGE TO MINER CONFIGURATION

As you may be aware, Vertcoin pools have been under heavy and sustained attack the last few days, with vtcpool.co.uk not
being an exception. We are now planning for the implementation of a number of anti denial of service measures to ensure the pool
stays available at all times. We are also migrating to a pair of 8-core, RAID 1 SSD equipped dedicated servers, with a no-single-point-of-failure
which will ensure the best performance and highest profitability for you - thankyou for bearing with us while we have dealt with these DDoS attacks

It is required that you reconfigure your mining software

Please repoint your miners at the following URLs now:

If you are mining at the regular vtcpool.co.uk MPOS pool:

stratum+tcp://stratum.vtcpool.co.uk:3333

If you are mining at our p2pool node

stratum+tcp://p2pool.vtcpool.co.uk:9171

If you are mining at p2pool, the website with the stats on it, which was previous at vtcpool.co.uk:9171 is now

http://p2pool.vtcpool.co.uk:9171

Nothing has changed yet, these DNS entries just point at the existing pool, but as we migrate DDoS protection will be put in place
based on separating the DNS entries for the various services, so it is important that you adjust your configuration now to ensure that you
don't suffer any downtime when the pool is moved to the new servers.

I downloaded the CPU miner zip from ecurie.io and just changed the pool, worker and password. It uses minerd.

Its command setup example is: minerd.exe -a scrypt -o stratum+tcp://pickaxe.pool.pm:3305 -u aleks.2 -p x --threads 3

Boooos are when someone else solved the problem already and yays are when my worker does it first, so I am lead to believe. I hope I am remotely correct on this.

Im sorry Dukester, that is the example account from the batch. Replace the pool with stratum.ecurie.io:3333 and worker/password with kidyubyub.5 and 12345

I just noticed that when I was checking out their site.  I started my own worker and connected fine.

So, you're connecting and not getting any payout?

No, as long as I am getting "boo" responses from minerd, the worker doesn't even register. My other machine is working just fine, but it is using cudaminer.

OHHHHH.  lol, sorry.  I get what you're saying now.  Try jhPrimeminer.exe  For some reason that always works for me when other miners are acting funky.

Will try it now. Should the command line look pretty much like the minerd example from earlier post?
