Guys please tell me why everyone still mine on MPOS pools - there was so many hacked servers and You still nothing learn.
Just start use p2pool and You get money instant to Your wallet.dat and if someone hack server with p2pool you DO NOT LOSE your coins!!!
So stop use MPOS pools and stop crying about losed coins. Noone help You here.

Just go to https://github.com/MPOS/php-mpos/commits/next and look how many BUGs got this software..
Thanks

I don't *think* the issue is with the PHP in the MPOS. I honestly believe it's the security of the server itself.

... And I don't think that link shows what you want it to show. Those are just code commits -- they can be additions or removals of a number of things.
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Mayby You got right mayby not, But i saw there was many many hacked of MPOS in last 1 month...
That`s why for me this is stupid mining on MPOS because there is 100% chance they lose all coins if server get hacked.
If server with p2pool get hacked noone lose any coins just need change host to other and can mining again...
That`s why p2pool>MPOS !

Just slightly at current prices. Not tommorows ;-)

Personaly, i would recommend to scroll down to the VTC mining rigs at http://leaserig.net and find
getluckyBTC miner. It's mine rig now to rent.

Price is bigger than profit.

I dont understand these rental rigs, surely if there was money to be made out of renting one the owner would mine with it? or am i missing something?

The problem is speculation and picking the right coin to mine.  If you invest in the rigs and chose the wrong coin, you can lose money.  If you rent the rig, you can easily calculate how much you need to make a profit, and then let the person renting it from you make their own decision on what to mine.

Nicely said.

On other note -> i just lowered the prices. Scroll down and check out http://leaserig.net

There is a very real possibility that Vertcoin, with it's innovative features can overtake Bitcoin.
Bitcoin and Litecoin will drop in price while Vertcoin will rise, eventually surpassing Bitcoin entirely.

I will be writing an article about this possibility. Change must happen, Bitcoin and Litecoin are simply not secure enough to be considered a viable currency in the long run, there is massive hoarding in both.
Fortunately with only a little over 1,000,000 Bitcoin wallets being created, there is VERY little adoption, which gives Vertcoin a strong chance at contention.

The next step is MARKETING MARKETING MARKETING. I don't mean viral marketing, I mean real business oriented marketing. Vertcoin needs to be taken seriously

This. The value is set, now create some usefulness.

Are you looking for idiots? 49% probability for doubling a coin? One will lose 0.02 VTC per every 1 VTC bet/roll on the long run. Better give me your VTC address and I'll send you all mine coins all at once.

Why would this site be a bad thing by default? Some people like the gamble, hence casino's are able to exist at all. Ofcourse in the end the casino always wins but there's always a chance the gambler comes out on top, that's the fun of it. At least this guy is trying to create some usefulness for the coin.
