Hello guys, vertminer work fine with p2pool but it doesn't work with vertcoin client in solo mode. As i know there was one fork (XPM) that also didn't work with jhprimeminer in solo until mod by RDB. Any chance to make it work in solo (Not cpu mining in client) ?

You need to do start vertcoinqt with -server flag

It's not working, you can try it yourself. And this is not main cause. As i mentioned XPM has tha same problem in the begining, jhpriminer can mine only with pools until mod. I think it's the problem here.

I used the first windows compiled gpu miner (vertminer) when it was still cgminer aleks version and was solo mining fine.
Maybe you could try finding that version in the first pages.

Vertcoin (& bitcoin) now accepted at www.smsusenet.nl
This is more or less only relevant to our dutch speaking customers as the site is (for the moment) dutch only.

Awesome news rapsac! I just wrote them an e-mail to thank them for that decision, and I'll get that 120Mbit account very soon.
Paying with Vertcoin obviously! Very nice to see that "Vertcoin accepted here" logo on there.

Nice!

Got my account back! It was hacked. Sorry about it :|

Just trust in this coin. It's one of the few true and pure coins. It'll be alive.

We should be pushing for the biggest, baddest display on the block!

Side note, vertcoinmarket is pretty awesome. Definitely see some projects I will be donating to in the coming days.

I want to find out if there is any progress regarding zerocoin implementation, or if even any work has started on it.
The buzz regarding the different mining requirement provided the initial boost. It now needs some progress otherwise will end up on the heap.

If you look at a few pages back, the developers decided to move in a different direction. We had a healthy debate on here and reddit about this.
