Do take a look at litecoin cash if you believe in it. Stronghands can be taken a look as well as am not sure how the "merge" will help in terms of the price.

Currently am into MTC which has huge potential and overlooked. Do your research first though

The market is very mixed at this point and I think you should invest in famous coins for this reason. I guess the cheaper cryptocurrencies will gain more than the most expensive ones. I think Ambrosus is going to be at least a 2 billion dollar market cap very soon.

depending on the altcoin that you hold if it is potent and if the supply is small and the buyer is bigger and the buyer thinks it will be great for you to hold altcoin in a year but it is better to check your purchase only altcoin or hold so you will not repent in the end

you can see their road map, when will they plan to pump the price? it could be your benchmark to predict whether the altcoin that you will buy can go to the moon within 1 year or not

To hold for one year to get in the moon, I think Tron , NPXS, MTC will be good altcoin. They have a very active team, Every week they update what's going there. Volume is pretty high with a large active community.  Besides, you can invest in ADA, DENT,  and even in Ripple. Good luck
