I was scrolling through the pools on the OP of the topic to see where most of the new Hash was coming from but noticed a few of them were dead links, maybe check them out and clean them up.

Thanks for the news on distributing the pre-mine and I think its great for the coin. My only concern is you do not dish out too high of rewards on some of these... for example if you dish out 100,000 icoin super giveaway you mentioned... if value does go up a fair bit that could quite possibly be worth several bitcoins.. a bit to much for icoin.  I know its not my decision, but I figure feedback is good whether or not it is taken and used or not!

Thanks for your suggestion, we will calculate reasonable giveaway for not effecting miners or current iCoin holders. Most rewards will come to miners/adopters and services providers.

On technical side, currently it's quite good with current setting, but iCoin will be implemented new features or new retarget algorithm when needed. I am thinking of Kimoto algorithm right now. POS might be implemented if it added value to iCoin but not now, i have to research first.

A new difficulty retarget algorithm probably wouldn't hurt, but it seems unnecessary right now.

On a side note, do we have a-lot of solo mining going on here, or do we have a pool not listed. We jumped about 4x the hash from last night... i was enjoying the coins i was getting the last few days!

Be extremely careful selling on CryptoRush. I had a chunk to sell that would have cleared the first three buy orders and eaten into the fourth. Just as I would at Cryptsy or any other exchange, I entered a sell order using the price of that fourth order. The CryptoRush exchange completely bypassed the three higher priced buy orders and executed everything at the (obviously lower) price of the fourth leaving the three higher priced orders intact. Seems it's amateur hour over there.

Maybe they were so rushed (pun intended) to go live with the site that small minor details like that were overlooked.

I'm not trolling. I updated my client no more than a week ago and it isn't sending coins. I was just checking if it was working for anyone else because the client isn't working for me. The community should welcome legitimate bug reports not quell them. I lost 500 icoins because of this bug and thought maybe people should know about it. Sorry for trying to point out potential software problems and obvious fake accounts.

Please always bring up issues that are client related and any ideas on how you think we can improve things to gain trust with the community.

Regarding the post we still haven't been pm'd by the user. I don't want to make judgement calls about anything, all I know is that the translators are getting some first
