We have noticed that as well. Some of the coins that have been added we have never heard of. Definitely some poll manipulation going on.

For those of you who follow the stock market you might find this article very interesting. It compares what happened to the US market in 1929 to what is happening now: http://www.marketwatch.com/story/scary-1929-market-chart-gains-traction-2014-02-11

Do you guys think a crash of the US stock market like what happened in 1929 would be good or bad for Bitcoin, DigiByte and cryptos?

Thanks for the update! Looks like we will be affected as well and will probably have to issue an update.

That's why only coins with solid devs who actually understands the underlying protocols will survive in the long run...because there will be fixes required for the many challenges ahead...

Very cool!! Great for gold and maybe other commodities! My guess is that it will be good since in an environment like this, people with large amounts of cash need to store it somewhere to preserve their wealth. It's already happening if you look at the collectibles market. Pieces are art, jewels, and other items are selling for unheard of prices recently. Bonds, real estate, and foreign markets are crap and the U.S. is only part of the equation. All of the wealthy overseas investors have been pushing their money into the U.S. market since everywhere else is just as bad. Once that's gone, not many other places to turn. Only refuge may be in crypto-currencies until the another market is in favor. Only caveat to crypto's now is their volatility.

You can make BTC donations as votes. We just donated 0.10985853 BTC. We should put DigiByte in the #1 spot. We will have over 11,000 votes when it shows up.

We figure the more exchanges we can get DigiByte on the better. We have made a small donation to most exchanges so far.

Not suggesting your vote is a bad thing at all.  It is a relatively small donation and a reasonable investment.  Just wondering about the way the whole deal of this happening has been developing Smiley

Imo DGB should more aim into game industry. That is where a great deal of internet transactions happen and DGB has nice name&look&feel&speed to nicely fit into role.
Try directly contacting GOG or HumbleBundle or some other internet buy points and make them an offer of some sort.
