I lost serious money on the last pump.. bought a load at 150 sat.... never realised it was an effing pump considering USDe's history.... Any way, leave that... with promotions and stripping of bonus block rewards USDe will return to 500 sat...
We, the community, try to push hard to get into more stable exchanges. The idea was to give people more options on where they want to invest there USDe coins. we didn't meant for the hype to escalate that high. Don't buyin immediately. people will put up a sell and hype it up to get people to buyin.. once they got there sell they take that BTC and they use it to buy coins they ACTUALLY support.. one of the most basic and oldest trick in the book and people fall for it everytime..
IMHO, this is the worst you can do with any altcoin.
The bigger the xchanges are, the more value for dumping huge amounts is possible.
The last 2 days showed exactly that: The hope for getting listed at Mintpal drived the price up. Ppl bought coins like crazy, because they knew at Mintpal they got the volume to sell fast.
Exactly that happend.
The price of a coin is driven by 2 factors:
It is pump & dumpable or there is demand because you get stuff with it, you wont get with normal money so easy.
Buy and sell is useless, as its only driven by pump and dumpers. As always: a few getting the bucks from the masses who lose money.
A coin needs something you can do with it: getting products or services you either cant buy with fiat / btc or its worth to mine the coin with my electric power and the stuff I can get is more worth then the money I spend into that mining. But as long goods need real money to produce, this will not happen so fast.
The ONLY reason for altcoins is: getting BTC and then FIAT money out of payable mining gear. If BTC would be minable with a normal pc, there would be no need for altcoins.
Face it: there are 2 coins out there, BTC and LPC for GPU mining. You
dont need any other coin for sending money fast and easy around the globe.
So DONT search for even more exchanges. Search for people that offer service for your coin. Mine it and pay these people in USDe. Then you got demand.
