Thanks for the acknowledgment that things didn't go as planed.  I'm not trying to overly criticize but I do have to say there where amble warnings in this thread that if the difficulty was set low at launch this was going to happen.  I'm not sure why those warnings weren't taken seriously when you have experienced people on the dev team.  This should have been obvious.
