so as the N-factor grows with rate (it is rate? or time?) then hash for a given gpu will drop and eventually, according to what i read, a gpu rate will be on par with a good cpu. so the higher the rate of mining, the sooner we anti-asic ourselves into cpu land. something like that, i think?

https://freshmarket.co.in/index.php?page=trade&market=135

most recent trade on freshmarket was 25utc for 1ltc  equivalent to 1000 utc for 1btc (approx) which is about 0.001 - of course its early yet

And now its been dumped for 0.01 LTc per UTC

Biggest question is, why to mine Ultracoin instead of Vertcoin?

so why not to mine VTC instead of this? do you really like to sponsoring bumface ?
i have mined some vtc also
marketing is as important as the technical specifications, and the determination of value is ultimately not up to devs or miners or detractors or trolls. have a nice day

For the ones complaining about speeds,
scrypt-jane is around 1/3 slower than scrypt (meaning 2/3rds the speed), so there you go, your speeds are normal.

not true.. It depends on nfactor in jane scrypt..
If MicroCoin was out, I was getting 8mhs out of my R280X.. then 5hms, then 3 etc.. etc..

here it goes quite slow since begining.. strange for those, who know another scrypt jane coins..

+1

Velocity Coin was faster too

If the dev was more honest with this coin, he wouldn't have such bad feedback and wouldnt have to delete about 50% of the posts on this thread

Perfect...so I am in the ballpark. Thanks!!

To point more workers at my local wallet do I just load the miner and use the IP of the PC that has the wallet in the .bat file???

That is correct, use rpcallowip=192.168.0.* in conf file but change the ip to your local network ip, then you can connect your miners on local network to your wallet. Use the user and pass in conf file as user/pass for miners. Example: if your wallet is on 192.168.0.2 then your connect address would be 192.168.0.2:rpcport -u username used in conf -p password used in conf

Why is mining so slow? Probably around 30 per hour now.

Is this right? How long will it take for all 100,000,000 coins to be issued?

Imagine all that time spent deleting posts could be spent on developing this coin and helping people out.

Instead he prefers to censor

you and you buddy want to promote another coin here, you dont go into mac donald and shout burger king, and then get upset when you are asked to leave.

Perhaps you 2 should do somethign productive??

@bumface - I'm a big supporter of this coin. But deleting all the negative post is not the right way of doing things IMHO. Let people decide on their own what's good/bad if you actually want more genuine supporters in this thread. If someone says bad things, give chance for someone else refute/defend.
