I was contacted by ups. There were problems at customs. UPS told me it has to deliver some documents to customs. In particular I require an invoice. WHAT DO I DO?

PLEASE HELP ME

If you log into your account on bitmain web site there should be your receipt/invoice you can print out.

How customs calculate the value in FIAT ? Are They convert BTC in FIAT ?

Bitmain declares all value as 120USD unless otherwise told by the buyer. Customs fee is calculated by the tax % of your country and then UPS handle fee.

If you have any issues please raise a ticket on http://bitcoinhardware.co.vu/bitmain/ Also submit invoice to UPS for 120USD

If you need help support is waiting to assist you

Thanks

Next question is: Why ?

I mean I know why: To receive support

What I mean is what do you get out of it. I am just curious.

You probably should have made that clear when you announced this service.

Do you have some sort of direct line to Bitmain support? Are we going to get our RMA issues resolved faster when using your site? Why not just email Bitmain support directly? ...cut out the middleman.  I might just be paranoid, but why would I want to give my information to a third unknown party?

Do you ask for donations or is it really free?  The forum bitcointalk.org is truly free.  Why wouldn't I just read or post a question right here? Thanks again.

looks like bitamin stopped taking orders for now... out of stocks or due to malleability transaction issues? would be nice if they had some updates in regards to newer miners... Roll Eyes

Right to make this clear to all users I am doing this 100% for free also zero adds- I provide technical support and assistance for all customers, If you are looking for RMA you are passed direct to Bitmain

I just thought it would be handy having a ticket ref where you can submit photos of issues such and keep a record. If you want to email Bitmain direct okay but some people like a ticket system where they can speak to a customer service member that can help right away rather than waiting ages for bitmain to reply. Also it gives a good idea of common issues which I can pass onto Bitmain, just trying to help bitmain and customer that are having issues.

Also the good thing about my ticket system is much easier to keep track of issues rather than missing posts on here.

Hope this clears any issues,

Thanks
