I signed up for a Crycurex account yesterday in the hope of trading my COYE for COXE to trade to BTC. My ultimate goal was to move the BTC to Coinmarket.io to trade for KDC. I deposited 62326.07773219 COYE, which has a 1:1 trade for COXE to get around the cease and desist order. You can see the confirmed deposit here: https://i.imgur.com/TYPOdc8.jpgWhen I went to trade COXE for BTC, I had a difficult time submitted sell orders, as I kept getting an error message stating "No founds to sell". I assume this was meant to mean "No funds to sell" meaning the amount I entered was insufficient. However, if you review this image: https://i.imgur.com/ycMgpJ3.jpg you can clearly see that I was simply trying to sell the full amount that was available in my COXE balance. I didn't fully understand why the system behaved this way until I started to make smaller transactions that were less than my whole COXE balance. Here is a list of my transactions: https://i.imgur.com/CLxHzET.jpgSo, let's review: COXE 62326.07773219 Deposit (Confirmed/Finished) COXE - 9186.00000000 Sell Order COXE -10000.00000000 Sell Order COXE -10000.00000000 Sell Order COXE -10000.00000000 Sell Order COXE -10000.00000000 Sell Order COXE -10000.00000000 Sell Order COXE - 3000.00000000 Sell Order COXE - 21.00000000 Sell Order -------------------- COXE 119.07773219 Remaining Balance But no, my remaining balance on the site says COXE 0.88443219. I am missing 118.1933 COXE from my account. After thinking about it, it makes sense why my initial order for the full balance wouldn't post. Because the exchange thinks they own part of your balance! 118.1933*100/62326.07773219 ~ 0.19. Not only is Crycurex taking 0.19% in exchange fees, they are also taking 0.19% of your remaining account balance! I attempted to withdraw my BTC as soon as I found out what was happening, but it was never confirmed. I sent the following PM to the crycurex.com account on this forum: https://i.imgur.com/QXRc2FQ.jpgThen I sent a follow up: https://i.imgur.com/VpfTrEJ.jpgI received this response: https://i.imgur.com/cHb1Kuu.jpgI do not trust this exchange at all. The admins seem to not care about consumer confidence in their product. You would do well to stay away at all costs.

Ok I will quote your post to be sure you wont delete it until I write reply ... because maybe you will get calculator soon
Ok so
Thank you for your long reply, lot of bad words about my and my exchange, unfortunately I have to say YOU ARE WRONG ! Why ?
All you wrote is correct, your screenshots are also correct, yes I wrote go public, because unfortunately I have to deal with users like you everyday, who are damaging my reputation because they dont know facts or they do not use calculator (your situation)
My dear you forgot FEEEEEEEEE !!! 0.19% ... and there IS NO DOUBLE FEE ....
If you put pending sell/buy order...your order INCLUDES fee ... If you delete this pending orders your FEE IS RETURNED If your pending order is bought/sold ... you pay FEE, BUT you receive full amount of other coin
For all who wants to try that I can create test account
Making screenshots take lot of time so simple example:
User ASDF:
COXE balance: 5000 BTC balance: 0
If you put sell order of 1000 coxe for 0.00000004 your account will be debited by 1000 coxe + fee, (1000+1,9) your new account balance is 3998,1 If you CANCEL your sell order - your order will be returned INCLUDING fee, your new balance is back to 5000
If your sell order is bought - your coxe balance remains 3998,1 (1000+fee) - your btc balance will be + 0.00004000 (you sold 1000 coye at price 0,00000004) there is no fee AS WE DO NOT HAVE DOUBLE FEE
as some users without calculator mentioned. (btw try calc.exe if you use windows )
Back to point....
I admin of www.crycurex.com officialy write that my exchange: - Does not steal coins - Does not charge double fees - Is 100 % secured - Do not owe SINGLE COIN to any user
As responding to every hater, user without calculator, or even users who are not our clients, takes lot of time and I would like to improve my services, I will use this reply as a standardized reply to most of posts which would like to damage our reputation.
User furyoftheflames I officialy ask apologize.
Thank you all

That is why you are "missing" 118. When you deduct your sell order total from your deposit it equals 118 but then minus 0.19% of your sell order total and you are left with 0.88. That is why you could not put whole amount at sell order because there wouldn't be any funds left to deduct fee from...

Should that fee not come out of the BTC traded, not the coin I'm selling? That makes no sense!

So, if users wish to sell all of their coins, they must calculate what they are selling minus the .19% fee before selling? I've never seen any other exchange take the fee out of the coin being sold, but always out of the coin being bought. I mean, look at this sell order. The fee is listed in BTC, not COXE! https://i.imgur.com/43ij3bh.jpg

The fact remains that there are people who have completely had their coins stolen from them on that site. That is the real reason why you should be worried about crycurex.

I agree crycurex...that was not something that should have been blown up out of proportion. I think should all be reasonable and solve problems intelligently. If there was a problem with the fee structure, he should have filed a private complaint with you and make a request that you change it or something. This is not something that ruins the trust of an exchange. However, crycurex. I have a log of you telling me that you are going to ignore the problem of all the BTC that was deleted from your system. You are telling me you have no idea how it happened, have no logs of it happening, and that you will not reimburse the people who were wronged. Lets solve problems like reasonable human beings. Why don't you tell me how your response to this is reasonable. Please beware of crycurex unless he can give a reasonable explaination as to how he can just let several BTC worth disappear from accounts he's managing and ignore it.

User furyoftheflames I officialy ask apologize.
I'm sorry you did not explain this to me in the PM I sent. You chose to make it public. Why is the fee listed in BTC if it will not come out of the BTC I'm buying? No other exchange operates this way. If that's how you want to do, that's fine, but post where the fee will come from. Is that not a reasonable expectation? I'm sorry I did not understand how your site applies the fee. Again, you could have simply resolved this in the PM. Also, can I get my BTC withdrawal? I'd like to purchase 10-15 KDC with them. Thanks.

Soon we will switch to fully-automated wallet system. I hope many of you are awaiting this (me either) And I have lot of innovations for you And haters please you should finally realize yourselves There is nothing wrong with my exchange Until you give a reasonable explaination as to how you can have user's accounts (with BTC in them) get deleted under your watch. I will continue to post about this. You can reply with your standard message if you want, but you will just look bad as you continue to refuse to give a reasonable explaination. Until you reimburse ALL the coins that were from deleted accounts on your watch (not just from my account), I will continue warning people to stay away.

That 0.19% is the fee. It is calculated after you create a sell order. That is why you are "missing" 118. When you deduct your sell order total from your deposit it equals 118 but then minus 0.19% of your sell order total and you are left with 0.88. That is why you could not put whole amount at sell order because there wouldn't be any funds left to deduct fee from... cmon why you replied ... i was excited like child splash it to him maybe if you had of explained that to the guy through the PM's you had with him instead of laughing at him because he didn't understand the way you have fees structured in my eyes doesn't make you look very professional at all. just my 2coinye

Thanks. Yes I wanted make it public because I saw you dont know math. ...and you even DIDNT try to ask me "crycurex look there is somethinng wrong with my account" ... instead of that I was scammer, thief etc immediately I go to bed as I was working today 15 hours again to improve services of my exchange, any pending withdrawals deposits will be handled in 6 - 8 hours ..thank you for understanding

atheistftwins I admin of www.crycurex.com officialy write that my exchange: - Does not steal coins - Does not charge double fees - Is 100 % secured - Do not owe SINGLE COIN to any userAs responding to every hater, user without calculator, or even users who are not our clients, takes lot of time and I would like to improve my services, I will use this reply as a standardized reply to most of posts which would like to damage our reputation.
why ?
Reason is here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=417981.msg4788273#msg4788273
You owe me my 0.5 BTC that you stole from my deleted account! If I had closed my account, you would have evidence of it...
