Your GENI wallet is on a fork. Please update your wallet to the latest source v1.1.3.0 from github https://github.com/geniusgns/geniusand then because you are on a fork now you need to erase all the bad blocks. like type this in the daemon to delete blocks: ./geniusd rewindchain <number of blocks you want to delete> please erase blocks until block 99000 and sync from there to get back on the right chain. so if you are on block 105000 for example, then erase 6000 blocks to get on block 99000. so example: rewindchain 6000 The reason you went on a fork is because you did not update your wallet for the hardfork before block 99,999. I know i have asked you to update and other people asked You to update but you didn't listen. You can get back on the right chain by doing the above.

C-Cex lost 120 K of my MOTO's and even after months it's not solved. You could have offered repayment for such little amount and keep a customer happy. I've stopped trading on your exchange and will never use again. Losing coins and not taking responsibility is a deal breaker. responsive support

There was response. No worries. We always extend withdrawal time for more days than it was on maintenance if coin wallet which in removal list got issues.

Apologies for that delay, but You know, MOTO had issues for very long period with it's blockchain so Your ticket were answered with that info and put on hold untill it's resolution. Sorry again we did not pick it up recently after MOTO got their issues solved.

Hello! You must be missing 2 weeks period for GRID removal. We are very sorry, but we make announce at least 2 weeks before delisting in our newsletter that come to Your e-mail, twitter, chat and on main trading page ("Important news") and highlighting coins with red color to let customers withdraw coins we are going to delist. Then we remove markets and give 3 more days for withdrawals. Coins retreival after that is not possible. 2 weeks?Make that ten times as long. Five times at least. 3 months is a good time. As GRID is still traded at ~50 Satoshi, your practices remind me of ... theft. We are very sorry Don't be sorry if you are not. What about changing your way of doing stuff?
