For last time we had very much of DRK withdrawals that our hot wallet could not handle.
We had several issues with cold wallet that was consequences of 23 feb accident that did not allow us make withdrawals in time.
It is stilll in the process of being solved and we are trying to rectify it, however we have already started to process queued withdrawals. All of them will be processed in time.

This does not tell me when I should expect to receive my DRK.
Masternode payouts began today, and I am unable to participate because my DRK is stuck in c-cex.
Please tell me when I can expect my withdrawl to be processed.

It is already started and You have our answer via support system.

So yeah, these guys never fully repaid the DRK owed to me.  Out of ~1160 DRK owed, they repaid ~260 DRK with the last payment on 29-May, and now they won't even answer my emails.

Here it is 2.5 years later and they still owe me these same 900 DRK (now DASH).

If y'all could go ahead and...send that payment, that'd be great.

900 DASH today is really a lot of money. 900 x 40 = 36 000 USD. not that small sum at all!
of course we dont know circumstances and whos right. i never had issues with c-cex

HAHAHAHAHAAHAHA I beg to differ. Your support sucks, and your team is very unhelpful, and uncaring. Certain measures call for times where you should break protocol, and try to be there for your customers. Rather, your "support" takes second place to getting noticed or answered on the forums here, as is apparent in my circumstances last year.

Fuck you, and fuck your support team. I endorse trustJohn's message and warning to others that C-Cex CANNOT be trusted.

C-Cex is by far the shadiest exchange that I've been a member of, which even includes YoBit. Selfish pricks.

I would like to check back with someone from c-cex regarding gpu-coins.

I held some GPU on c-cex and cashed them out shortly before c-cex took out their wallet. I do not see it in history but I have the withdrawal confirmation email from october the 11th. It were 3000000 GPU, now worth around 1.1btc.

I already contacted the support some days ago when they still were worth 3btc but after telling me that you do not have a gpu wallet online anymore he did not answer anymore. The gpu were worth around 3b also back when I wanted to withdraw.

Also I cannot find a transaction id, I can't even search because I do not find a working gpu explorer anymore.

In any case I would appreciate if you could forward the gpu manually to an address I specify. I'm sure your logs would show that these coins were in my wallet.

I'm also not sure where I can find the whole ticket as id or link since unfortunately the mails I received have all the quotes deleted. That's not a good practice in my eyes since I had to search all the details again that I wrote in my first request on your website.

So please let me know how this can be solved.

In case you confirmed your withdrawal - you should have TxID in your history even after coin removal. If you have any additional information for us regarding your case - please, open ticket again - we will look into this issue again.
Our delisting policy is very friendly. We always give mandatory 2 weeks and even more time (sometimes months) for withdrawals after we announce coin removal. Usually it's more than enough time to arrange withdrawals and resolve any possible issue regarding it (our support always answering within 12 hours - usually much faster with maximum 48 hours limit).
