In fact it's the ETH basemarkets that were removed.  The Ethereum BTC, LTC, DOGE and USD markets are still active.

Do they add the currency by asking at here or there is a separate method for adding the currency to the exchange? If they are adding like asking from here then it is nice method and nice exchange as with that none of the fee will require to add the coin.

They have to fill a form on the site as application and some have voting system for adding the coin while some have direct adding with a fees. c-cex also have their proper method for adding the coin.

C-cex has the best platform among of crypto currency trading site for me, though they are not in the first place for having the largest volume of bitcoins. It's security, and low tax fee is the reason why I didn't look for other trading site. Lastly, if you are going to look for easiest trading site to understand and has a very consistent service, c-cex is must to prefer.

Oh they also do voting for adding a coin to their exchange!
That is I think a good method for adding the coin because with this method the exchanges will add only those coins which will have active users for supporting that coin and do not feel loser to spend some amount to vote the coin.
