Hey c-cex, what happened to the paid votes on VAL here : https://c-cex.com/?id=vote  Huh Why it was reset?

No worries, no single vote lost. Recently we made bitcoin wallet reset and just finished reorganizing voting for new wallet. Of course we had to generate new addresses but we moved all paid votes from previous addresses to free votes and added them to total. We finished that about hour ago. You can see them there now.
Phew... Thanks for the update c-cex. I thought I just lost my btc used to vote for VAL

Good luck!

Excellent, Trade-Mining is a new concept and phase 3 of Rubies distribution model. A huge thank you to C-Cex for being so responsive and seeing the concept so quickly, amazing admins here!

Here is my story about Bobsurplus's "friendship".
Bobsurplus guy came to me about a year ago and offered to run several ICO's; our relationship developed from there. Several months ago Bobsurplus offered to be C-Cex's marketmaker; the image you see in his tweet is an interface which was developed for him to monitor balances and orders in all of his accounts. It is a monitoring interface for only accounts he own, nothing more than that; it does not have the capability to alter anything (balances, coin counts, etc) on the exchange.
We spoke all the time like friends and never had a single issue with each other. We had many voice chats times over skype, discussing many topics like real life, wifes, travel etc.
Then he told me that he is on vacations and don't have access to his wallet. So I lent him, like I would to a friend, 10 BTC. He promised to return it within in 3 days.
But after that weird things started to happen. The same day he asked me to give him 35 BTC more. Of course I refuse and start to suspect foulplay. Once I refused, he started to blackmail me. The worst he can honestly say about C-Cex is that twice, at my responsibility, I released ICO funds before the ICO holding period had completed and that I developed the interface which he posted on Twitter. He has no other inside information about C-Cex and never had access to any manager's or admin interface of it.
As you may guess, the 10 BTC I lent him as a friend where never returned to me.
C-Cex is not running on fractional reserve and we can process any and all withdrawals which users have on their balance. I would not be surprised if more lies and attempted blackmail were to come from Bobsurplus given the character he has shown to be. Please be aware that all legit news from C-Cex are released on our Twitter feed: https://twitter.com/CryptoCurrEncyX and that Bobsurplus does not represent C-Cex in any way, shape or form.
By the way, same thing happened with Linhan (Bter creator) whom he tried to blackmail previously; you can find some info about that incident on the internet through google.

Sincerely, Yuriy

ARE YOU SERIOUS?

YOU MADE A SPECIAL HIDDEN PAGE ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR A PUMPER TO USE AND VIEW ALL HIS 20+ ACCOUNT BALANCES?
FROM WHAT HE POSTED IT LOOKS LIKE YOU EVEN LOADED UP ORDERBOOKS AND GAVE HIM THE OPTION TO VIEW ALL HIS ORDERS FROM ANY OF HIS 20+ ACCOUNTS, OR NONE OF HIS ORDERS WHICH ALLOWS HIM TO SEE WHERE ANYONE BUT HIS 20 ACCOUNTS ARE.

WHAT KIND OF EXCHANGE OWNER LETS A PUMPER HAVE 20+ ACCOUNTS. YOU GAVE HIM THOSE TO FOOL THE DISTRIBUTION PAGE. DIDN'T YA?

THAT IS DIRTY, YOU ARE DIRTY. ANYONE USING YOUR SITE IS DIRTY AND WHEN THEY CATCH THE CCEX AIDS AND COME CRYING I'LL BE LAUGHING.

How come you wont answer my questions? If you ignore them it only makes you look more guilty.

That story doesn't surprise me at all, and it does seem real and make perfect sense.  Especially since mr. bob is a fucking lying scumbag rat...I don't have to tell you of what decent he is HAHA.  It follows suit such stories still occur and he pulls such shit with his shit coin devs and scammy ways of people.  Always talking smack when he can to fake out anyone he can, friend or not.  Very sad way to live.  I thought he was American for sure but he is in Canada...wow.  Anyway, I seeing such tweets from him in the past "hyping" up CCEX after he made such deal and became a mod.  No we can see how he got insider leverage on them, what a sham.  CCEX exchange is already scammy eastern euro trash site for quick btc making with scam coin....now you see what hapepns when you join up with another scammer?! Ha, eat it all fuckers.

Currently it is 1 request per second.
We will not remove old API because many services using it.

can't you set the API Rate Limits like other places.
I mean setting a maximum number of requests in a time window (it usually is in minutes).

for example for the 1 request per second the limit would be 60 requests per minute or even 30 per 30 seconds but there will be no restriction for time between requests which will make things so much faster.

We have no issues with our mail server. The only mail services wich can have problems on their side receiving our e-mails are microsoft's hotmail, live, me. If you have e-mail from this service - we recommend to change it to gmail - they have our mails in seconds. We have no other tickets about non-received withdrawal e-mails.

that's cool.
what is considered a trusted service?

I am an individual with my personally coded bot. actually I am still developing it for a couple of different exchanger using their API. so in that case will I be considered as trusted ?
