thanx busoni. i can see the trollbox has been moved here during downtime  LOL it seems so even though i never use it, i might glance at it from time to time. On the plus side i am finally able to log into website although i still see many currency " frozen "  |

I'd open a ticket in the meantime |

You will go to poloniex website and contact the admin there. From now on, always take screenshots and/or print out those codes prior to enabling 2FA. That is too much time-consuming I probably will not do this step everytime. |

Authy is superior to Google Authenticator for exactly this reason. It allows reasonable recover options. |
