Has the order been completed? Perhaps it's still sitting as active. Do you see anything under 'My open orders' or trade history (click 'my orders') on BTC/DOGE market pair page? If not, is it possible you used 'margin trading' instead of 'exchange' option?

And as always, try refreshing page.

Hey, thank you for your help, I just had to wait between 5 and 10 minutes before I got my bitcoins.
It's just that between the moment you confirm the order and the moment you get your bitcoins you can't (at least I can't) see it anywhere.

Yeah, there's always some delay in display, but usually it only takes few seconds or so. Good to hear it's all sorted for you.

when i try to login,goes straight to my profile and i see this:

Is this for only bitcoin/usd or does this affect altcoins as well ?
I definitely suggest you turn your coins into any altcoin and withdraw if you can do that. Yobit had the same problem and people just changed their coins to doge and returned it to a new exchange and withdraw as btc or usd from there.

I'm level two and it's very easy to get. Why couldn't you pass level 1?

SO ,I CANT ENTER TO MY ACCOUNT IF I WILL NOT VERIFY LEVEL 2!!!
The only answer i have from them is the following:

"Our apologies for the late reply. I will forward this to someone who can help further and they will respond as needed. Thank you for your patience in the mean time."

....this answer is from 17 of april........and until now nothing.......!
Before  3 days o made another ticket but ....again....nothing!

About this, im still waiting for a real answer from polo...but until now NOTHING!

Silly question - but did your friend check his/her emails for an approval message - there is usually a link you need to click on to confirm a withdrawal before it is sent? Sometimes they go to a spam/bin folder. I think you have 15 minutes to click on the link - so they may need to click on resend confirmation email.

Support seem to be pretty slow in responding right now - I've had some tickets open for days with no reply so far - probably a lot of overhead following the recent delisting of many coins.

For my part, it gets approved in less than 30 mins most of the time. Sometimes even less than 5 mins.

For my part, it gets approved in less than 30 mins most of the time. Sometimes even less than 5 mins.

Both my WD and deposit always being confirmed and cleared within 1 hour, unless when there was a "traffic jam" (I temporarily forgot their terms, sorry, just waking up) on btc transaction and confirmation back then. My guess is, is it possible that coincidentally your friend transferring balance just when the wallet is about to be on maintenance? So he send and confirm just fine, but then the wallet got maintained  soon after and it resulting the major pending.
