Anyone still having problems keeping a masternode online should try running this daemon:

- It has a lot of extra debugging, and I've removed the restrictions on masternode ping broadcasting.

I tried it right after your build was complete  Grin, and while the 16.9 Masternodes see each other they get inactive for the 16.8/16.6 Masternodes.

I reverted back to 16.8 but can't get them running anymore, seems they are banned for a while for spamming everyone else...

Lets put that market demand in perspective. Would take us to 7 and we're already at 67.

I'd say give him 2% if you're really desperate to jump on the Bitbay IPO and loose half your BTC  Wink

(Alternatively, Coins101 could just stick his 25 BTC straight onto cryptsy and take us all to 7, thereby grabbing himself some DRK and revaluing it upwards at the same time Smiley )

Can you give me the 1000DRK address that went offline (evan@darkcoin.io)? I should be able to see what happened now. Masternode messages won't get you banned, unless you're broadcasting bad signatures.

Could always grab a deal off exchanges, saving the dumper having to go too far down.

DRK orderbook supply problems presenting themselves again. That's because this is no longer a pump & dump asset. Holders now know what they are holding.

On 16.9. didn't even have to start masternode from local client...IP was just there (I didn't check if it disappeared when I shutdown though).  Will keep local client shutdown and see what happens.

Sent!

BTW, I reverted all back to 16.8 and after about 30 minutes they are now running again.

Edit: Can't test next version until tomorrow, gotta catch some sleep now...

What is Bitbay? Looks a bit scammy.

It's an IPO for an all sing all dance, do everything, try to be everything to everybody including etherium type contracts vapourware.

The IPO just finished a couple of hours ago and it's started trading on Bter. The way the IPO worked was that every hour it went up by 1 Satoshi starting from around 255 and ending up at 300. The last 1000 BTC (thats more than a quarter of a million dollars btw) got sold at the full launch price.

Within 1 hour of launch the market has revalued the IPO at 266.

The one thing that I'd have to give credit to them for is that they've got some kind of escrow agreement with Bter only to release the BTC to the founders on condition of certain milestones being achieved. I don't know how realistic that is but it's certainly an improvement on things and shows that investors are starting to demand something for their money now.

The thing is, the actual coin itself is just a bog standard SCRYPT job. These projects are becoming less and less like crypto and more like regular business shares.

DISCLOSURE: I stuck 1 BTC into it for insurance. Very different investment from DRK. I'd invest in DRK all day long whatever the price. This is a potential P&D with an outside chance of long term gains.

So it is qwizzie. I didn't notice that.

Half an hour ago there were 2.5 masternodes available at 7 and below. Now there's none. Also, check the volume on the 4-hour. All green bars even though the rally just started in the last couple of hours.

We have a solid marketcap now, hard packed. That is worth a lot more than price.

Just wanted to say I haven't experienced any issues with the 16.6 version on my MN but that may be because I didn't turn off the wallet this time. Maybe 16.6 likes to check out the wallet every now and then?

I'm pretty sure the issue lies in those lines...because I didn't have any issues on v6 either but I kept my wallet open.  I think alot of folks don't.

I went back to 16.6, I didn't keep my remote hot wallet open, but I do show up on the list.  I'll check it every hour or so to see if I stay on that list Tongue
