I just wanted to post here that I find this proposal brilliant, although I made the suggestion to put a re-evaluation every two years into the code, so we can take stock of what works and what doesn't, make adjustments and continue.

Needs change, Dash value will change, and this aspect of Dash needs to be flexible to accommodate that.

I now bring you back to your regularly scheduled troll owning. We are a battle hardened group of posters, aren't we?
