I'm was getting some of those two.  Are you running behind NAT? Do you have the 1000 DASH that is required?

I have Erros in my debug.log

2015-04-24 08:43:46 CDarksendPool::UpdateState() - Can't set state to ERROR or SUCCESS as a Masternode.

Why?? Masternode works but.

Yes, i have 1000 Dash. My Debug.log was 4gb Big  Shocked What is NAT?

https://dashninja.pl/mndetails.html?mnpubkey=XwnBYapHRvs4oakPPLSoBsTWttMdDrtTh4

Idea?

what is your proof of service score of yr masternode ? (check here, last column on the right : https://dashninja.pl/masternodes.html)

My Score is "0".

Best to keep yr IP adress to yrself. I checked my own debug.log and i also found these messages so i wouldnt be too worried about them
and with a score 0 your MN is running fine. I would keep an eye on the size of your debug.log as 4gb is very very high. I compared it with
my own MN's debug.log and that build up to 18.6 MB over a period of two weeks.....

if desired you can also run dashd with the -printtoconsole commandline option, this will stop the debug.log from getting created .. but then you
will not build up any debug info

cryptsy.com is down ?

only briefly, working now.

Dash is 27.3 times faster with syncing and updating than Bitcoin and 93.7 times faster than Monero. Bitcoin (v0.11.0) has a Tao ratio 11.2% faster than bitcoin (v0.10.0) release.
Dash (v.0.12.0.49) = Tao sync ratio = 0.15 seconds / hour of update || Dash (v.0.11.2.23) = Tao sync ratio = 0.24 seconds / hour of update. V12 versus V11 speedup = +36.5%
Bitcoin (v.0.11.0) = Tao sync ratio = 4.14 seconds / hour of update || Monero (v.0.41.1)  = Tao sync ratio = 14.2 seconds / hour of update

Am not sure many outside of the UK who have not watched the(now classic) 70's sitcom called 'Dad's Army' would get that, lol  Grin

I would love to be able to scan for masternode operators in the DASH Wallet and be able to "lock in" a certain amount of Dash for a certain period of time with that masternode operator to earn extra income.

This will be my first ubuntu update on the MN
Will I need to replace anything or will the update retain all my "previous setting"?

http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2482991,00.asp

edit: if somebody figures out how to get this on a smartphone, I'd like to see the guide :-D

For a server you're better off on an LTS release (e.g. 12.04 or 14.04), as they have support for five years from the release date. Non-LTS releases such as 15.04 only have support for 9 months. If you're dead keen on updating it's probably better to wait a few weeks just in case any problems arise with the update.

Can't seem to find the donation instructions for a MN
Anybody?

They are outlined here. https://github.com/dashpay/dash/blob/master/doc/masternode_conf.md
Simply, to forward the 100% of the payments on another address there`s no need of "100" after the address, pubkey only is enough...

wait - that was for: Multi masternode config

How about this? https://dashtalk.org/threads/how-to-donate.4652/

That will have to be worked out by you and your provider.  Some are talking about having a vote within the share-holders of the masternode, then the winner, yay or nay, is what gets cast through the masternode.  But that's internal to each cooperative.

best to check the size of your debug.log weekly and delete the debug.log if its getting too big or run dashd with the -printtoconsole commandline option, this will stop the debug.log from getting created but then you will not build up any debug info... your choice.

Oh lovely! Good work  Wink

Just start your wallet/daemon always with the option "-shrinkdebugfile" and it will take care of this.

Yes the coin was instamined

yes it was a mistake

yes Evan has been open about it from day 1

When a coin's actual emission is vastly different than provided by its algorithm, it is evidence of malfeasance, incompetence, or both:

Quote
DUFF:  "Oops, I accidentally 2+ million coins in the first 24 hours."

BTCT:  "Are you going to burn those 'unintentionally' insta-mined coins, to preserve the social contract and save your reputation as an honest dev?"

DUFF:  "No.  Because Reasons and Stuff."

BTCT:   Roll Eyes

Cultists:  "Shut up and take our money!  We want moar GoldDonkeyNodes!"

Of course, DASH isn't really a crypto-coin in the sense that BTC and XMR are.

DASH is completely controlled by THE DARKCOIN FOUNDATION, INC rather than decentralized community consensus.

DASH is simply what TDFI does, nothing more and nothing less.

Its ad hoc technology is constantly changing by adopting (broken versions of) the latest fads, such as CoinJoin (AKA 'DARKSEND') and Green Addresses (AKA 'INSTANT-X').

DASH must answer serious questions about its centralized Reference Node and bus factor of one, whether or not we buy the fishy story of the 'WHOOPSY-MINE.'
