Cool. The ETA for pool to find block is slowly adjusting now that more miners joined pool...
need some more GPU miners, so pool can find a block soon Smiley

hehe ETA to find block: 14h 53m 59s with estimated 0.89362691 DRK profit
waste time...

What I said earlier was confirmed

Guy steals all BTC from C-Cex exchange --> buys tons of DRK there --> transfers to Poloniex --> dumps as much as possible

Apparently they're gonna return the BTC but still..

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014

Yep - that's gonna hurt for a while - and hurt DRK - even though technically the problem wasn't DRK - it was the exchanges DRK was on. It was DRK's fault for having such high volume and being easy to sell.

My SGminer's reporting pretty much a solid 390kH/s, but when I refresh the dashboard on a pool it often says 190, 0, 233 or whatever it wants (probably only showing the actual value half the time, sometimes shows 500+ too). Is this normal, and does it affect my payment (looks like it has been doing today at least)?

And yeah diff is too high to mine now. DRK and BTC are still the only coins I plan to hold though whatever I choose to do next.

Any posts from me that were posted in Russian were NOT from me. A cykablyat obtained my forum login details when they were leaked, I was inactive from the forum at that time.

It seems that the hack on Crypto-Trade and on C-Cex happened at around the same time, both with BTC gone.. I wonder if it was the same person/group ..

These exchanges really need to beef up their security and start acting like a real business that deals with peoples money.. not some side website project to earn a little cash.

Hey anyone who has moved some DRK around - it's been 12 hours since I sent some coins to Cryptsy, and I'm used to Cryptsy taking fucking forever - but what worries me is my wallet shows the transaction as not having any confirmations at all yet. And same thing in the blockchain explorer, the transaction hasn't posted. The funds are out of my balance though, and just sortof hanging in this unseen transaction for over 12 hours. When I bought these DRK and put them in my wallet, I don't remember it taking nearly this long - are transactions taking this long to get confirms?

had something similar happen yesterday... closed the wallet, started it again and it sent the transaction.

I've deposited twice in the last 7 hours and already have my funds (had them after 2 hours each time) - so I'm not sure. Anyone else?

lower your scantime setting to reduce # of rejected shares

also, tell your miner NOT to submit stale shares -- they will be rejected by p2pools

Well this thread is ridiculous. Too many topics and posts.

That's why I made a new forum just for Darkcoin.  Grin

It's still in the early development stages and not polished yet, but come on by and check it out!

Darkcointalk.org

Sorry dude, but transparent design of the site looks terrible and unreadable.

I don't agree, I think it's awesome.  Wonder if monitor settings have something to do with it?

Thanks for the criticism. Appreciate it, really! I'll be taking the site down tonight at 9pm to make it more legible.
Please check it out, mess around with it and leave some feedback in the forum. (darkcointalk.org's)
The more feedback I get before tonight, the better I can make it.
