Anyone have any luck mining with the 750 Ti?

I just got one, she's purring away at 330khash/s on cudaminer, but only gets ~40 on sgminer for DRK. Are NVIDIA cards just not possible for DRK?

I"m running 690s - getting about 380KHs per core, so it's possible. I've got intensity at 19, anything above that seems to crash. It could probably be more optimized, but typically nvidia is way slower than AMD for hashing

I talked to the cudaminer dev, and he seemed uninterested in adding the X11 algorithm, although maybe we'll see if DRK continues to rise...

DarkSend is coming along great, I've fixed all of the issues that were brought up during the last test and the last couple days I wrote up the anonmizing tech that lives in DarkSend. It looks like it's working great, so I should be announcing a test date where everyone can try it out soon.

Next DarkSend test, 100% of sent transactions will be anonymous. Looking forward to showing it off!

People keep talking about promotion and marketing, and I completly agree we need it. But, this is a big but...we need it when the time is right!

We want tons of news articles out about Darkcoin being THE first anonymous coin with encrypted transfers, Darksend etc.... there is a big difference between IS (and LIVe) rather than plans to be, and soon, and hopefully.

Once eduffield gets that done (and he seems to be making great progress), then it's the time to fire!! I feel it would be better to go out at full speed, all done, rather than coming soon.... makes sense right?

With all the negative Bitcoin news recently, I could even imagine big news sources such as BBC etc, picking up on it.  But none of this can happen, until Darksend is live.

I don't have a date, but I'm guessing in 2-3 more tests I'll allow people to start using DarkSend on the mainnet using the ubuntu/windows binaries. There's really no risk to using it and it should be stable in a couple weeks.

The problem is to opensource it I need to do a fair amount of work to secure the way it works and make sure it's very robust in dealing with possible errors/issues. But I can start to work on that while you all are using it on mainnet.

Awesome great to hear! Just as long as we're the first coin!   I think it's good in the longterm that you want to open source it, I'm just worried you might open source it too soon?  We need to get Darkcoin as THE anonymous coin, (just like bitcoin was and is THE digital coin) and get it established before.  All over the news etc.  If it's open source I'm worried the news etc, will just pick up on the technology, rather than the coin, and pass it over.  Letting other coins adopt the technology, and leaving the original, and your hard work in the dust.

Surely is Darkcoin / Darksend, is THE way to send anonymously, surely it's better than being one of many ways / coins..

Agreed.  Timing is a critical part of marketing.
