As soon as I found out I took all of the money off the server and database backups so I could pay our users their balances. The funds are being stored at a secure location and I have access to final totals for all users on the server. Sorry for any inconvenience but I figured this is the safest way to deal with an issue like this.

Cryptsy has actually gone up and is back over 0.017 < is broken again on bitcoinwisdom  looks like it dropped as well but is also stopped now>, hopefully mintpal will go up when people smell cheap DRK and realise the unauthorized access is nothing to do with DRK itself, no coins were lost, the coins are safe, and people can just move pools (they have 24 hrs to do so) and carry on as before. |

Someone running old pool software. These will go away once enforcing is...enforced. Those blocks would be rejected unless they payout 1DRK. Currently, they are being rejected but the rejections are not being enforced. The reason for this is so that Evan can see what exactly is happening when something is rejected and scan for unusual behavior under real world conditions without causing a fork to happen in the block chain. When he deals with all the unintended issues, and everything runs smoothly for a good while, then he will implement enforcement and no one will be able to cheat. Currently, miners can cheat by not paying masternodes, or changing the amount they want to pay masternodes. actually, if they wanted to, they could pay masternodes 100% of the mining rewards if they wanted to, LOL. I won't complain! But eventually, such blocks will be rejected. That's why we're calling this a "spork" instead of a fork  A soft fork, another invention by our illustrious leader, LOL. |

Lmfao. Verisend doesnt exist, and its trusted Plus a copy of Darksend.. Darksend isnt trusted like Verisend "will be" Vericoin hasnt delivered on a single thing they said they would. The devs are just pumping/dumping that coin with fake announcements lmao.. |

Well, yah, except he probably doesn't have a plan yet. How many coins do people keep in their pool? You should have auto payouts so that it doesn't build up so much. He probably noticed the problem, secured everything and then made the announcement so everyone can move to another server as soon as possible. The rest he'll need time to take care of. He's actually thinking of you all, so you can move your hash and lose as little hashing time as possible. |
