Heh... Antonopoulos was speaking about the trollfest and paranoia that goes on in cryptoland https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0qEi5fQcVak...and how some things go on in a very predictable pattern. That's around the 37-39m. (from around 22m to 37m he talks about the cryptonote scam accusations, monero scam accusations, ring signatures etc.) It's a fun chapter. He says he believes there is room for anonymity related cryptos because that is a niche that Bitcoin can't cover, but he doesn't mention Darkcoin in that part (he only does when going over the market cap list)... I bet he'll mention it in the next few months more than once with all the new things that are in store

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Where can I get this shirt? Sam Mother Fuckin' Walters I have to buy this!!! You guys should consider setting up a Zazzle.com shop or Society6.com shop. You can setup a ton of different marketing items for the community to buy. Its all print on demand so no big orders required.

For me, the only stat that matters is LTC/DRK - Currently at 0.61.
Litecoin - The first shitcoin.

If they setup a shop on one of these 'print on demand' places, you could get anything you want. I'd like a shirt that says something like: "Don't trust your central bank? Ask me about Darkcoin" or "Ask me about Darkcoin" or "Crypto Currency Gone Private" Need some shirts and other supporting merchandise that can help market the coin.

Sent out the first, hopefully of many, distributions to the JLTRADINGCOIN holders tonight thanks to DRK's pop today. Very excited for the alleged instant DRK transactions, too. Keep on keeping on, eduffield! JL

Looks like we cracked 900 Masternodes so did 903; payment per node/DRK: 0.662; payment per node/$: 2.057; DRK/$: 3.106; last 576 blocks supply: 2990 0.662 payments are so freaking low what would happen if we get enforcement ? What would be the payment then ??

Umm you're not gonna like this but that is what it would be if enforcement were true. I can feel the squeeze on supply. As the masternodes increase the supply is drying up.

The sybil attack issues will be fixed, but the snooping attack will be fixed later, it's a bit more involved than it seems. However, for snooping to work you would need to control all masternodes that a specific input went through(8 rounds = 8 separate masternodes). So it's not a very feasible attack anyway. It seems nothing is too difficult to solve for Evan .

Just thinking out loud. Controlling the network What would happen if a miner reached 50% and you enabled some form of enforcement to prevent the miner gaining 51%? Is this where or how CPU power could be allowed back into the network? 50% is just a figure, you could set it at whatever you want. (I don't really like enforcement as a concept)

Hey guys, Been rather inactive round here for a while user to lurk a LOT (still got all my DRK though, they're going nowhere <3), just wanted to say that I LOVE the latest announcement over at DarkcoinTalk, good job. Really looking forward to it. Also, Darksend+ looks spectacular . A little bit pissed off that I was traveling during the biggest part of DRK's drop and couldn't sell n rebuy to compliment it, but shit happens eh. Anyway I've got a few questions (and thoughts I want confirming/correcting on a few things), and I'm gonna apologise in advance because this has probably been asked before but there's just too many pages atm: - So regarding Darksend+ - Everyone with Darksend enabled, every 10 blocks their coins are automatically "tumbled" with eachothers (as diagram shows) and when you send via Darksend, it waits for the "tumble-interval" and the receiver receives the DRK via the end masternode in multiple amounts? Please tell me I'm correct because that's pretty awesome. But what (if anything) is stopping this scenario: UserA sends userB a pretty specific amount of 528 DRK. Mass blockchain analysis - UserA's wallet decreased 528 and userB's wallet increased 528 within a 20 minute period. How couldn't those be linked, or why would it be harder than I seem to think (for someone with the tools/knowledge)? You see a specific amount leave a wallet, and how many users wallets are going to increase that exact amount within 20mins? I'm not trying to be critical or anything btw I'm just trying to better understand. - Downloaded the latest RC client... "Please create a new wallet and move the funds from this wallet" (due to an incompatibility issue and I may lose funds). Should I open my "old" wallet with the stable release to send the coins to a new wallet which I open with RC4, then I'll be fine? Nice to see many old familiar posters here btw Thanks in advance.

HHAHA To ensure that Xmixers have enough coins to handle transaction volumes, a minimum amount of 1,000 XC must be held in the wallet. Seriously ...

The min amount was 550, now changed to 1,000 coins. Kristov seems interested: https://twitter.com/XCurrency/status/511665384614023168However the missing Linux wallet makes these mixers useless for me.
