I pity all the fools who sold drk at .005 (or less). I bought some of my drk at .025 even and I still feel more than comfortable with my purchase.
This. The price is far less important to me than the advancements of a coin that gives back the freedoms that government has usurped. But, even so, I do still care about value. It's just not the top concern.
I bought most of mine way below 0.001. I've bought in more at ranges from .025 to .019, and I'm not the slightest bit worried for two reasons:
1) Price currently reflects pump-dump shitcoiner behavior and nothing else. These people's actions mean absolutely nothing because they are based on absolutely nothing. Attempting to guess anything about the health of the project from it's price indicates the person doing so is dumber than fuck on a stick. Look at Doge pump recently. Did anything new happen? Any new fundamental changes? Tech breakthroughs? No. Peercoin doing the same, and it's an absolute lolfail coin who's only contribution is to prove that Proof of Stake is worthless and that dumbasses who can't figure that out because they're really, really fucking dumb, will buy anything.
2) I bought so damn many at sub 0.001 prices that even with my up-averaged positions, I still come out with massive profits at 0.002.
This is not a Pump and Dump coin. The Dev(s) are actually doing useful things that make it a useful coin, with no indication of stopping in this lifetime. I've yet to see any other coin with that intent. Sadly, because of this, the altcoin scene is viewed as nothing but pump and dump, and people treat DRK that way regardless. But, that doesn't change what the Dev(s) are doing, does it? It only means stupid people get it backwards and try to judge it's innovation by it's market price, which is like judging a fish by it's ability to climb a tree... It only proves that the person passing judgment is a fucking moron. Do you judge how high a horse can jump by what day it was born on?
Price is a nonsense metric when you examine how it is determined. The market is controlled by blind wave-chaser mentality. Price is a non-deterministic metric.
