wow, try to recompile the "fixed" thing this morning, done in Linux, mined, got about 100% orphaned minus one block
and when I finally get ONE coin confirmed, I still can't use it in the game, it keeps telling me
"Error: This transaction requires a transaction fee of at least 0.00"

this is beyond idiotic...

Snailbrain said this was experimental, said it might hit problems. Sadly he was right.
You can mine with a CPU, so you don't need to lose any hashpower from other coins until it's working 100%
You haven't lost anything, you just thought you'd set a mining rig on this to get a pile of easy coins and it didn't fly. Boohoo.
My ASIC mined BTC all the time I had heaps of trouble with this, I still haven't got it working well but I didn't expect something EXPERIMENTAL to be perfect from the get -go so I didn't risk anything.

Ok, so I thought f-it and I've now deleted the entire appdata folder, and the wallet folder.
Re-downloaded the "fixed" version that snailbrain put up last night.

Open wallet, and it starts to sync, then I get a Runtime Error and wallet crashed completely.

Any ideas/help?

I may host a giveaway of 2 coins/person tommorow, still not 100% sure on this one, but if when I do it, people would be willing to donate, that would ease my pain.

I've never actually hosted a giveaway before, so I guess the fastest of responses should not be expected, but all until my allocated 1000 on my own coins (and whatever is donated I guess) is gone, will be given out.

This should get a lot of people playing the game.

yes they are getting coins, if they have another player ready to loot you. others are just killing competition from start so the map doesn't get crowded

Run the updated client? Cause i extract it in a new folder and after opening it, i can see the same old: "WARNING: Displayed transactions may not be correct! You may need to upgrade, or other nodes may need to upgrade." That was appearing on the old one ...
And ofc Sync stuck at 14hrs behind

Go to C:\Users\*YOURUSER*\AppData\Roaming\Huntercoin and delete everything except wallet.dat and hunter.conf .. close the client, reinstall client with the new file on post #1 and it should work.
