The best way I think is investing especially in ICOs. During ICO period, investors are allowed to invest and are having a chance to earn profit especially the token invested will have a price higher than ICO value. Bounties would also be a good idea but you will give some of your time doing task every week in order to be eligible with the rewards and if you are not into it, investment would be the best option next to it.
