Also one might say government can print all the money they need , but that's not the case ..the more money a government prints the lower the value of their currency gets which genrally have adverse effects in many sectors.

What happens if you are in a third world country and there is massive corruption? You pay taxes and there are no roads, schools, or any essential public utilities. What you do see is the politicians and their cronies getting richer. Would you still argue that everybody should continue paying taxes?

Infrastructure are develop using the tax of the people unfortunately most of the government official, make this an excuse for them to corrupt. We should continue our tax because it is our obligation to the sovereign state and it is a must for a certain person to pay his taxes because there will no development if there is no tax. We have to pay taxes but it mustn't be a reason of feeding goverment.
There are reasons in reality:
1. Health care - yeah, this must be free. Sometimes we don't need meds but others need and they don't have money, our health and productivity is important to keep good economic in country.
2. Goverment security - it's sad but there always exists chance of war, in a world of piece we wouldn't have need of soldiers (it takes a lot of money from budget, especially in USA). But in our reality we need security...
3. Education - it's the best investment anyone can make in life but I would not make them free for everyone. It must be free only for them who wants to study (marks are indicator of it).
4. Pension - not everyone have children, so some people need money to live on their own even when they get old.

Funny things like this makes someone thinks that the leaders are just spending the money as they seem it fit whether its impacting directly to the citizens or not. I wonder the amount of funds that would that would have been expended in the research and finding of energy in another planet that we all know we are not going whether now or in the future.

However, to say all of the money used for all of this is only from taxes would be wrong. Government generate money from other sources through import and export sources. For countries that have advantages in certain commercial products tend to sell abroad for huge amount of money while those with the right amount of population tend to be import dependent and generate money on that. Tax is really not optional and by definition, its not commensurate to what you see as some expenditure would bring direct effect whereas others would bring indirect and long term benefits.

Yeah, I still don't get of others point saying that our taxes are being corrupted by the government officials, like who are they to conclude tho? The sidewalk where you walk, the park you've been stand by for a time, the traffic enforcers who regulate the high ways they are made and all paid by our taxes. Ever wonder why few countries has a astronomical facility? because the taxes that citizens paid is large enough to have that kind of thing.
