Thought I'd check in to see how the swap to Cryptsy was going, came across this thread in my search. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=505718.0Looks like if Cryptsy doesn't start moving soon they are going to start seeing some lawsuits.... Let me know how that works out......... I'm pretty busy with Colossuscoin to keep updated on it myself but I'd say he has a legitimate case against them, much like Mt Gox.

just replied to all the messages from you guys I see that cryptsy has been sending out this message to everyone > We apologize for the inconvenience that the ADT situation is causing, The ADT swap over isn't as simple as people in the forums and even the developers are making it out to be. We hold a majority of the currency in our wallets. This leads to an input issues. If we went to send all of our coins at once it would not fit into a block. If we sent rather large amounts it may be some time before the network accepts them into a block Its going to take time and we don't want to automate the process until we are sure it will work flawlessly. Rest assured we are working on the swap and will have it complete as soon as possible. That is not 100% true I have offered them many options so they don't have to even worry about swapping coins ( I offerd to send the x bill coins up front and the rest after I had received there wallet.dat and sent all the coins to a safe wallet ) There is not much I can do to make this easier for them and if they can think of a better way I am open to ideas I wont be around to much today as my dad is going to be here

Ok awesome! Took the time to write a short guide. ----------------------------------------------- If you dont want to wait for the wallet (V.1.0) to sync by itself if you are far from fully synced, this will get you quite a bit closer! 1. Download the zip from https://mega.co.nz/#!k5ZmQSLb!VF72yTCJcV2kZ65SG9LQQJuRjJcIhji6yZN4xlYWbDE 2. Go to this folder. "C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Roaming\AndroidsToken" (you might need to force windows to show your hidden files to make the appdata-folder appear. To do this go to... "Controlpanel> folder option > view > Hidden files and folders > Show hidden files, folders and drives") 3. Replace the current files with the new ones you downloaded. (DO NOT touch the wallet.dat file!) 4. Restart your wallet and you are done! 5. Now you can swap your coins to the new blockchain. ----------------------------------------------- If you see any faults, just holla at it!

I am looking at flying over to the US to talk to the relevant people about recovering my 1,600,000,000 ADT ( 500,000 USD at the last traded price )
unfortunately there is not much i can do about other users coins but it will be mentioned that there is a huge amount of users that have there coins stuck and hopefully cryptsy will send out the coins

Good luck with that Zacks... That's a lot of ADT! Where are the coins? Weren't they in one of your wallets? Are they ADT V.1 dev reserve coins?

They are all my personal coins that I brought a few days before cryptsy paused trading and they have been stuck there ever since I think I paid around 1000LTC for them all I know that it concerns some people that I hold a fair amount of ADT but I can assure you I have no plans on dumping it ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As for a dev fund > unfortunately jag did a runner with what remained of the DEV fund so the whole repair has been out of my own pocket ( 6 BTC + 500 LTC + 1000usd that's just counting the big stuff there is plenty of small amounts that have been given away to people that have helped with small jobs ) The way it is looking at the min there will be around 500 mill coins remaining after everyone has swapped over there coins but we wont know for sure until 1-2 months time ( everyone had until 6 months of the swap starting or until the old chain is totally dead to swap there coins over ) after that time is up the remaining coins will go to a dev fund or what ever the users decide ( even if the users want to destroy the remaining coins that will be what is done with them )

As for a dev fund >
unfortunately jag did a runner with what remained of the DEV fund so the whole repair has been out of my own pocket
( 6 BTC + 500 LTC + 1000usd that's just counting the big stuff there is plenty of small amounts that have been given away to people that have helped with small jobs )
The way it is looking at the min there will be around 500 mill coins remaining after everyone has swapped over there coins but we wont know for sure until 1-2 months time
( everyone had until 6 months of the swap starting or until the old chain is totally dead to swap there coins over )
after that time is up the remaining coins will go to a dev fund or what ever the users decide

Just want to say I don't have a problem with you holding that many ADT at the end of the day you kept this coin running so you deserve it. And it's not that they came out of nowhere, you invested your own money so it's perfectly fine. Really hope for you and whomever holds ADT on Cryptsy that soon get access to their funds. And I'm sure Cryptsy will get their coins swapped over soon as it's in their interest too. As per the remaining 500 million after the swap over is complete let users decide what to do is the best way to deal with it. Maybe setting up a poll with different options and let everyone vote their best choice. Maybe if the dev fund is unretrievable they could go towards that, or giveaways/bounties... Plenty of options.

Yeah just keep the 500M for future issues or whatever ... certainly don't destroy them. I think ADT could do very well i mean it was trading around tix ifc even on the old crappy chain....now it's shown such resilience and zack at the helm and on the cgb code i have high hopes for it.
