Is there something wrong with the pool. I should be getting about 0,0125BTC/h (at 3TH) but I don't. And my estimated change is getting smaller??? Isn't this PPS... So every share should increase it not decrees it...

This is CAPPED PPS. Essentially, each share you submit is an "IOU" of the straight PPS value. But the pool never guarantees it will have the funds to cover those IOUs. Eact time a block is found, it proceeds by paying the most recent first shares first. If the pool is unlucky, the block reward won't be able to cover all the shares that were submitted for the block, so some of your shares will be unpaid. If the pool is lucky, it will have money left after paying every share of the block, so it'll be able to pay some unpaid shares from a past block.

The "estimated change" is the value you would earn from a given block if it were found NOW. Of course, it is getting smaller over time, since, at the beginning of a block, if it was found now, you would be getting more that the straight value of the shares you submitted for the block. But it will converge after a while.

Since it is not PPS, you cannot expect a constant payout, even if your hashrate is constant; you need to check your payout averaged over at least a week to see if it makes sense.

I know it is not normal PPS. But Still Estimated Total+payout BTC should be increasing constantly right? It is not. It is getting smaller... I might just don't understand it. But in 24 hours I should see 0,3BTC increase right? Well it looks like this will not be the case. It will be more about 0,2.

Or is this my wrong understanding and it is not PPS with the difference that when you get to some value you get to query and get paid when pool found enough blocks.

The DDoS attacks are getting annoying.  I'm very curious as to why anyone feels the need to attempt this.

Kind of sucks that I have to spend my limitted free time tracking down and blocking DDoS's over working on improvements.

Oh well.

Managed IP networks is my business, so I deal with these things are a regular basis.  I keep throwing this out, but it seems to get ignored, but you might try to leverage some of the expertise in the pool.  Obviously, we all have a vested interested in things running a bit more smoothly than they have.

Just sayin'...

Why does the balance graph show 0.04 and the Unpaid Balance shows 0.035?

Bump. Graph shows unpaid of >0.04 now (looks like some shelved shares were paid), but unpaid balance has not budged.

I'm not quite sure what is the problem.

"unpaid balance" is not your shelved shares, but how much the pool has not payed you yet. (as in, has not sent you "real" bitcoins to your address.)

The violet line should show the same amount, but I cannot tell because the graph rounds to two digits whereas "unpaid balance" is to 8 digits. But round to 0.04, so it seems ok to me?

Just forget the estimated line (the blue line). It behaves in an difficult to explain manner. Just, it is completely normal that it goes high after a block is found and decreases a bit afterwards.

The violet line, though, should always be increasing. But it increases at en erratical rate.

After 24 hours, you could see an increase of 0.3 BTC. Or not. Especially when you -start- mining at eligius, the odds are your first few days you will make slightly less that expected. However, after a few day, you'll reach a steady state. (And when you leave eligius, you will still get some rewards for  the first few days after you leave, so it evens out)

You can check the "Shares Rewarded" column at the top to see the difference between what the pool "owns" you vs what it has effectively mined the money to pay. This percentage will increase over time, as luck evens things out. I've been mining for 8 months now, and I'm over 99%.

The violet line is clearly above 0.04. The number is below 0.04. That's clearly inconsistent. Maybe the graph is being drawn wrong.

Also, the violet line has gone up as shelved shares were paid (consistent with there being a long strong of mostly >100% luck blocks recently), but the number has not changed. Based on this I suspect the number is wrong and the graph is right.

Something is broken.

The graph rounds to two digit.

Your number is 0.03540942, which rounds (to 0.04). 0.035 would be the smallest number that rounds to 0.04. Your number is barely over that.

When I look to the graph, I can see that the line is barely over the first line shown as 0.04, which would correspond to a number of 0.035. So it seems consistent to me!

(but I do agree that the graph should be more precise)

I don't know what you are even looking at. The graph shows the line above the 0.04 legend quite clearly.

Furthermore, as I explained, the line on the graph has continued to move higher over the past several days, yet the reported number has not changed. Both can not be correct.

My point is, it might be that the 0.04 marking on the graph IS in fact 0.035, but rounded to 0.04, which would then be a display error. If you notice, the graph has TWO markings for 0.03, and TWO markings for 0.02: there is something wrong with how the graph displays it's markings.

Further more, you can see that there is a marking for 0.01, and just below, a marking for 0.005. So, if each line means 0.005, then the 0.04 line we speak of is indeed, in fact, 0.005

unpaid+everpaid increased, indicating paid shelved shares (since maximum reward isn't increasing when you're not mining).  Also, keep in mind the share log on the reward side uses sub-satoshi precision.

Thank you wiz. Didn't know how to pull the raw data but that definitely answers it.

The labels on the graph axis could use a little work, but no worries on the payouts. Thanks again.

Can I get the query string for the worker hashrates and accepted shares?  I'm currently stripping them from the html and I hate doing it that way!

I'm currently adding the individual worker details so an HTTP GET would be awesome instead of using jsoup.

unpaid+everpaid increased, indicating paid shelved shares (since maximum reward isn't increasing when you're not mining).  Also, keep in mind the share log on the reward side uses sub-satoshi precision.

Nice.  I figured out the hashrate graph. Now I can add graphs to my app.

Can I get the query string for the worker hashrates and accepted shares?  I'm currently stripping them from the html and I hate doing it that way!

Here's what I've finished so far.

I'm currently adding the individual worker details so an HTTP GET would be awesome instead of using jsoup.

Eventually this method will be legacy as I will be adding this data to the official API, but for now its no biggie.

The past week or so, whenever I have made it up to the next payout (Less than 25 BTC ahead in queue) and about to be paid in the next block, when the block is found, I am then put way back into the waiting list several blocks back.

My payout is set at 0.1 but my past six payout have been from .23 up to .53.  I receive between .005 to .007 with each block we solve.  Currently I am up to .169 and climbing.

Why is that happening?

Is there an outlook on the namecoin fix? I suspect some folks are racking up some decent namecoin balances.

I am trying to change the default payout and it doesn't seem to be taking, I set it for .1 and on the right pane it still shows the standard default and time frame. I tried setting it to the minimum, below default and the same thing. Left it there for a bit and it seems no pay out was initiated. If one were to want to withdraw all coins regardless of the amount, above minimum, how would they go about this?

Thanks for reading.
