I have switched to flypool to try it out. Both A9s are on performance mode and Z9s are overclocked to 750 MHz. About an hour and half later on poolside

Hawkfish007,

Which firmware you are using on your A9s?

Both A9s were doing great and hitting 50+ ksols until I upgraded to Jul 6 Firmware. I need to email for the old one.

Hawkfish007,

Do you remember which version of firmware you run before update?

Yeah InnoSilion is definitively a big scammers!
First, they said one A9 free for one A9, then it's $2500 for july delivery and $1000 for august (strange conception of "free"). $1000 for "freight and psu" Cheesy
But now, it's 2500 for august too because... "Our policy was changed".

Sorry, I didn't pay attention to the versions. After a while poolside is showing between 46.7-48.5 ksols.

Yes, i did exactly, but it's not working. Nothing showed on the dashboard while the A9 was working. Please correct me.

What do you see when you press on the "Workers" tab?
Is there your A9 listed with red "call sign" ? If yes you just have to wait for like 1-2 hours to get proper statistics.

Thank you. I fixed it but the result was really bad. I mined 2 hours yesterday for testing and what i had is: 0.00000037 ZEC. Total hash rate is 24kh/s !

Now i use nicehash because the profit is good ($75 / day). I am a new miner so if i am wrong, please correct me.

My local seller suggested me to change the A9 power supply from Innosilicon to bitmain due to the same issue and i agreed as he advised. I feel that bitmain power supply run quiet and cool but i don't know about its quality.

Another newbie here. What would generally be most profitable if one simply wanted to 'cash out' daily with a Z9 or A9, using nicehash or slushpool?

Most pools send payouts daily or based on the minimum payout threshold one set. I have used https://whattomine.com/calculators or other online calculators to find the most profitable coin per algo. You can always trade mined coins to some other coin you want.

1 Question, did slushpool got asia server connect?

Hello, we have servers in US and EU as listed here: https://slushpool.com/help/get-started/getting_started_zcash

Asian server is in the plans, however we have no ETA to share at the moment.

Thank you for understanding.

Here's what I've been earning with a z9 mini for last few days mining the equihash switching port on miningpoolhub.com and exchanging into btc.

2018-07-10 (UTC)   0.00454665
2018-07-09 (UTC)   0.00440286

that's with avg 16.2k sols and 0% rejected shares so triple that for an a9 I guess

That's good result. right ? i am mining on nicehash but people say that should not mine here. Mining on other pool sounds difficult to understand for me (because i am a new miner), many questions i cannot answer such as: Why avg is low ? how long can i get the result (in my wallet). If your pool is good and stable, please let me know, i will change to your pool. Thanks in advance.

(addition: why avg is 16.2k instead of 50k ?)

I'm mining with bitmain z9 mini asic (16.2k sols) so multiply times 3 for your a9's hashpower 48-50k sols

Miningpoolhub is very stable.  You can set automatic payout levels or turn it off and manually payout when you wish.

A little more complicated to setup than nicehash.  I'm really surprised the a9 can successfully mine on nicehash,  The z9 gets too many invalid shares and poor results.  Nicehash says it is not compatible with the z9 asic

You're right, steelminer.
Many invalid shares and avg 30 - 40ksol, the result is 0.01btc/day and i don't really know it's good or not.

FWIW, I've got a couple of A9's and I upgraded them a bit over a day ago to the latest release (July 6th) and have found it to be much more consistent and reliable for me (both local UI and pool-side) - plus they fixed that stupid hash rate total bug where it always showed like 6x the actual hashrate in the UI.  These are all machines from their latest batch, so not sure if that matters or not - and they're all performing +/- 2KSol/s of the promised 50k.  I also haven't played around at all with their performance tab, so still just the default 'Balanced'.  Pool-side reject rate is 0.75% right now, and hash rate is matching what I would expect...

we can confirm what all our pools are compatible with A9
one of them is mining BCI for few days, already leaved, but still two Z9 mining on pool
https://bci.nibirupool.com/stats

If anyone want to mine BCI keep in mind what deposits now closed on exchanges, so if you mine directly to exchange you need to wait until fork to get your coins, devs talking about end of july, but no exact dates.
Or you can install electrum wallet and mine on it.
