unless you bought it around the early peak of 9-10 satoshi range it shouldn't be that bad. KARM seems to have been steady around 5-6 satoshi the last few days.

If you are using the daemon for your pool, the protocol should show 70003 (70002 is the old version).

Coinmarket is far from an unknown exchange.  They are on coinwarz.com even.  That sell wall is many peoples orders not just one person.
