Where is all this hashrate coming from? There's the main pool with ~ 500Mh then all the rest with <100Mh. Yet the total hash is 1400. So 800 are coming from..??

(done: 1521.31%) last block 30mins ago on http://pool.karmacoin.info/

the fuck?

There's one very small group monopolising the entire network. This needs more people involved immediately. 1 group is literally mining the bulk of karma for themselves.

Here is the site, pool rate, and last blocks found (could be slighly off)

http://pool.karmacoin.info   - 350MH/s - 12110, 12106, 12105
http://karma.hashstrike.com - 70MH/s - 12080, 12068, 12047
http://pool.code4.us/karm/ - 1Mh/s - 10977, 10276, 9863
http://www.xhash.net/ - 44MH/s - 12027, 11972, 11934
http://karm.multi-pool.eu/ - 0MH/s - 9579 ...
http://karm.altcoinpool.org/ - GONE
http://karm.idcray.com/ - 10MH/s - 11982, 11809, 11755
http://karmacoin.morehash.com/ - GONE
http://karm.hasher.ca - 0MH/s - ...
http://karma.miners-point.com/ - 0MH/s - ...
http://karma.dogemoon.com - GONE

Net hashrate - 1561MH/s

Basically you have about 1GH/s @ 66% of the network that seems to be either a private pool or inidivual organisation completely controlling the coin.

Are there any other pools I'm unaware of?

It's amusing: that 1 group is probably excited that they've mined so much (and expect Doge-like success), but in reality they are just killing the coin.  Roll Eyes

If somebody is mining a lot and pushing up the difficulty what's the harm of them getting all the karma again ?

The problem is one person or a group of people working together control the majority of Karma. We don't know their intentions and they could quite possibly kill the coin if they decided to dump all of it.

True. I dont think they want to dump if they wanted they would of done it already.

What most likely gonna happen is when it hits crypsty it is going to be pumped to like 30 satoshi and then they will start dumping.

Here is what we have for the settings in Kimoto:

EventHorizonDeviation         = 1 + (0.7084 * pow((double(PastBlocksMass)/double(28.2)), -1.228));

BlocksTargetSpacing         = 60;
TimeDaySeconds            = 60 * 60 * 24;
PastSecondsMin            = TimeDaySeconds * 0.01;
PastSecondsMax            = TimeDaySeconds * 0.14;
PastBlocksMin            = PastSecondsMin / BlocksTargetSpacing;
PastBlocksMax            = PastSecondsMax / BlocksTargetSpacing;

We're trying to figure out if this is a large P2P pool that is mining away
