1. We offer bets on spreads, moneylines and totals. We also have some limited props such as the title winner.
2. Our limits get higher closer to game time capping at about 2BTC per straight wager. Our parlay limit is 5BTC.

I feel that there should be a notation next to your ratings for any book which is not autograding bets.

It indicates an undercapitalized operation if they have to self grade wagers one by one.

Players should not have to submit pleas to a book's thread on this forum begging for their wagers to be graded, sometimes 24 hours later.

Agreed - all the professional sportsbook solutions are instantly graded. If they have to grade manually they are really cutting corners at the player's expense!

WARNING - Tried to log into my Pinnacle account thru sbobitcoin.com (agents) - temporarily suspended.

Went to sbobitcoin.com website - No live chat. This was always 24/7.
There is an alternative - to send them an email because "Our live chat temporarily unavailable".

Email is disabled when I try to send.

I was able to get into me SBOBET account but not Pinnacle. I'm waiting for SBOBitcoin to get back. I'm leaving in a bit so I may not  be able to post for a while.

And then the email service does not work when I try to send, and i instead get "Contact technical support" which of course is impossible and non-existent.

But what have they told you - I assume you've chatted with them.

As I said in another thread, it's very irresponsible of you to say that a book is "closed" because you can't chat right now. They were up a short time since I started to chat but they are down again. If you try to log into Pinnacle from a US IP, your account gets closed.

You have no idea that it's been only a few hours - you weren't even aware it was down until my post.
Last I used the Pinnacle account  was 24 or 48 hours ago.

It's very irresponsible of you to post that the only issue is that the live chat has been down for a few hours , when:

1) You have no idea how long it's been;

2) It has NEVER been down before:

3) The live chat is not only down, but the email is down as well. But the site is up.

4) The accounts they set up for both you and I at Pinnaclesports are suspended, with no information available.

Yes, technically my account is "suspended", not officially closed. But I cannot access it and neither can you access yours. I have no way to withdraw the funds that are (or were) in it.

Yes, and as I posted about 10 minutes ago, I only have accessed the Pinnacle account WITH A VPN, and there has never been a problem.
This has nothing to do with VPN's.
There is clearly a problem with SBObitcoin.com - they've made themselves unreachable, and Pinnacle has locked the accounts.

SBObitcoin's Live Chat which is always 24/7 is disabled, as is their email service.

You then claim that the Live Chat is back up.

Then when I try to send, it does not go thru and a "Contact technical support' message appears.

Of course, there is no way to contact Tech Support.


But you would like to pretend that it is a coincidence - Live Chat - always 24/7, now non-existent.

The account they set up for me is locked.

It's obvious what is going on.

Instead of lying and covering up in hopes that you can reach them and get your money out before anyone else that you sent over there, how about trying to help and get some info from them.
