Directbet, I had two wagers this week. Sent from a blockchain wallet so there should be ZERO delay. Both bets were not confirmed or rec'd by your site until 2 minutes after sending the wager. Your wallet recd and was shown on blockchain.info my amount I wagered both times and your site did not show my bet as rec'd until 2-3 minutes later for both. I did not complain as I got better odds and my bets both won HOWEVER, there is a very serious delay you guys have. Not using you guys until I see this is fixed.

Which wallet were you using ?

I'd appreciate if you could PM me the bet IDs for further investigation.

I sent an email with my 3 bets that didn't pay out last night until after I went to sleep, causing me to miss funds for additional bets. I asked for the .01btc bet to be placed on bet ID: 18re5ZZMAeD5uy4hZas5umLjonsQM7t1fv (BJ Penn over Frankie Edgar).
My email was not answered and the 0.01 btc was not put on this bet for me.
I could PM my email address to you if need be. I sent the email at 10:47am central time and included the transaction details of the 3 bets that were not settled anywhere close to within an hour after the UFC fights last night.

This bet was prevented from being a winner because of Directbet's problems...now i remember why I stopped betting with Directbet yesterday.

I sent the money within 30 seconds of this bet being offered and chosen...

however...it wasn't accepted until 5 minutes later when the game had less then 1 min to go AND was at 1.02 odds for no goal. The bet would have won...

In directbet's defense, 2 bets I made which were delayed multiple minutes did end up being winners (below) and confirmed at better odds (2.7 instead of 2.30 and I forget the other). However, that bet above which I made after the first two bets, did make me mad and not going to continue til I see some change. 1.24 to 1.02? Not right. Stop with the backandforth bullshit though. Its very unprofessional for both sides.

You're still gambling?

I'm a degenerate gambler. . . I placed a bet that will never hit on some nobody . . . I'm now broke and can't do this anymore. Ive failed everyone in my life, my parents know of my problem and don't want anythingto do with me. I can't do this anymore . . . Im going to write a letter to my parents and my girlfriend and explain to them what happened . . . my problem will never get better . . .

Every casino or sportsbook owner. Ban any accounts you have related to me. If I've done business with you enough, trust me you will have heard from me at some point or another. Many owners know who I am. I will reach out individually and contact each of you directly at some point but not right now. I have a lot of work to do to get better.

Made a 1 BTC wager by truly mistake (a good amount of money to lose by mistake) which I realized only way I'd get any sympathy for and refund of (which i didnt even get) was to flip out about and claim "degenerate sob story". Mind your business.

I also GUARANTEE ill use you for escrow within the next 2 months to buy BTC. And once its completed ill make it known to you since it bothers you oh so much.

I'm curious why hasn't anyone asked you the formula for these ratings. I know you're making this for free but still you should have some serious analysis and pubic reasons for downgrading or upgrading a bookie. If so why do you fail to mention them every time you move them from C to D or C to B ? Any rating organization has some reasoning behind their ratings so correct me if I'm wrong but your reasons seem to be the advertisement for the same bookies that you're rating.

For example your A and B rated bookies are missing important sports and horse racing books. Are you rating solely on website design and functionality ? If so they both look great but I wouldn't use them because
1. they require registration so the problem I ran from the standard bookies of restricting accounts could happen again so whats the point
2. I bet mostly on horse racing and they don't provide any bets for that

Without the reasoning behind a bookie rating it really looks like you're rating them higher as more money they give you, This tactic seemed to be the cause of issues with Directbet which refused to pay you so you downgraded them, however they should be at least been given a mention that 1. they don't provide registration so they can't restrict you which is a huge plus, and 2. they accept the widest variety of bets from the entire crypto bookies. That would be fair and if you find problems with their site also mention those so that newcomers can make educated decisions, you instead provide 5-10 bookies with A, B and C+ ratings and ask them for 1-2 btcs privately.

Ok, then which does, lets compare directly, which crypto bookie offers horse racing around the world, cricket, golf, cycling, poker, snooker, mix martial arts, on top of all the normal sports ?

The poster's feedback is the engine for the ratings. There are always reasons given for upgrades and downgrades. Below is criteria that is used. The posters wanted a change where the ratings were more stringent and books had to earn their rating so a cap was placed on a book rating based upon time in business.

1. A heavy emphasis will be placed on speed of payments. Several books immediately pay out after the game has been graded. Those are the books with the least risk involved. Sweat the game, not the payout is not just a slogan. It should be a way of life for these bitcoin books. Bitcoin books have a much higher standard involved than post-up books because there are no fees involved and no need for a third party processor.

2. Grading time. Most postup books have automated grading; the winners and losers are determined minutes after the game is over. Bitcoin books that do this show that they have invested in their software. Books that rely on an individual to grade all games tend to have a high degree of risk.

3. Books not requiring personal information including an email address will be graded higher. Anonymity is a plus.

4. Date opened if less than 2 years. Bitcoin has just taken off in the past year, so it's unfair for one to compare a top bitcoin book with a post-up book like Pinnacle. But it is still important that a book shows itself to not be a flash in the pan. The longer a period of time a book has been open, the better its track record.

5. Limits. In general, the higher the limits, the deeper the bankroll of the sportsbook. If a bitcoin book takes high limits and pays out quickly, it shows its strength.

6. Sports and options offered. Uniqueness of lines and betting options is a positive.

7. Mobile betting. The ability to bet on the go can be important to some.

8. Live betting. The more, the better. Offering live betting isn't easy; the ones that do offer live betting lines tend to be stronger in general.

9. Customer service. The better the customer service, the more professional the book.

10. Interface. Ease of use is important.

11. Whether or not the book requires a deposit account. Depositing into a bitcoin book is a much bigger risk to the bettor, especially since these books have not built up a strong history that shows their staying ability.
