Is anyone else also not able to withraw coins from hashstrike?
auto withdraw didnt kick in
manual payout disabled
I see, but how long will this last, and why is this happening?

+1 Anyone have contact with Hashstrike? I like the pool but when auto-payouts stop working and manual payouts are disabled my loyalty begins to waver...

Sorry guys!  One of the things I did on the site was to disable payouts from the admin console while the wallet was re-syncing... and guess what I forgot to do when it was back Sad  Payouts are processing as we speak.

received, thanks!

Hey there fellow Mintcoin holders!

Don't just sit there and watch your mintcoin holdings grow.

Spread the word!
A coins value is determined by its number of adoptors.
So spread the word:

- Tell your friends about mintcoin
- build a website
- help to advertise the coin
- mention the coins in posts everytime you can and get peoples attention
Completely true. For this coin to succeed, we need to spread the word to collect merchants who accept mintcoint. To create a market and not a financial one. Remember:
- a great coin with no user (only holder) is not a coin; it is a trophy that you put over the chimney at home.
- beware of wishful thinking. I read a lot of "it will be worth "100 satoshi" message. Except if you have argument (and no one gave any, here) this is pure whishful thinking. This is not only unproductive, this is outright dangerous because it encourages people to rest on their laurels - a sure-fire way to have mintcoin fail.

=> spread, buzz, contact merchants! The future of mintcoin (and of you investment) depends on it.

One question to conclude: who among you plan on selling at, "much satoshi" (pump-and-dump, I purposefully don't give a number) and who among you plan to keep it for "post-pow", "beyond-hype" use (long-terme buy and hold)? This is important here. Bitcoin, litecoin and maybe dogecoin seem to on the path to become potential currency, what about mintcoin?
I'm dead serious about this.

anyone successful compiling this on linux? I'm able to compile all other wallets but this errors out with

src/wallet.cpp:492:13: error: ‘replace_all’ is not a member of ‘boost’
             boost::replace_all(strCmd, "%s", wtxIn.GetHash().GetHex());

I'm simply doing

qmake-qt4 && make

solution was to add

#include <boost/algorithm/string.hpp>

to src/wallet.cpp

The big problem that this coin faces is that the distribution  of coins at the PoW stage will be limited to very few people compared to most coins.
It is still much better than NXT when it comes to distribution.

Interesting catchfrase for mint is: Mintcoin, Its cool.
what do you think about that?

I personally think this coin will do good because of this:
The topic on this forum is very active,
It Pow and Pos Not alot of coins have that.
Everyone in this topic is very enthusiastic about it
If you see other coins that already started in 2013 have less page numbers in the topic so this coin is very active on the forum.
On www.mintpal.com the trade volume is very high.

Thatswhy i think this coin will do very good.

Big drop in network hashrate today.  I've been getting a similar payout to before the halving at http://mnt.coins4everyone.com/index.php - With the lower network hashrate there is still an opportunity for new miners to join up and make a good quantity of mintcoin!  coins4everyone's pool is fee free and has never missed a payout to my addresses.

Taking PMs for a little bit if any new miners have questions.

I have the draft of the infographic and would really appreciate it if you could pitch in your opinion.

I love it! Good initiative to make mintcoin more widespread. I shared it on Google+ and I encourage you to do the same (as well as on Facebook, pinterest....

payouts have been great at http://mint.hashrapid.com

I have a few others as fallbacks, which is always good.

Hashrapid has also consistently provided payouts, another good pool to try!

Also, we have a huge advantage to other coins which is this snappy trading plattform mintpal.com.
It's a lot faster and seems somewhat more reliable then for example cryptsy.
I know they don't have anything to do with the currency itself, but let's also advertise mintpal.com.
In the beginning adopters will not understand the relationship between mintpal.com and mintcoin anyways.

Hi guys,

I have the draft of the infographic and would really appreciate it if you could pitch in your opinion.

Nevermind the chart in the first part, that's just random data for presentation purposes.

Anyway I'm also having a script prepared for a video presentation. Watch out for it.

Cheers!

EDIT: Link being removed arg!

View it here.

I just sold mine Mintcoins at Coinoyo.com. Not the best page I have seen but they payed me, and gave a good price.
Need Btc to buy more hashes

Looks totally legit xD
It also mean that people believe mintcoin will riser higher. Or else it is an eloborate scam/pump-and-dump. Both things are possible.
just submitted some topcoin so I will report once I get paid. we will see how this site does.
still havent been paid. I put a little to test it. this is the message i got

Quote from: trade@coinoyo.com
Thank you

We courently have some problems with our bitcoinwallet, and it will take
a little while to fix this problem
We are really Sorry for this. We can return your coins if you dont want
to wait
I said pay me when you get your issues fixed. We will see what happens. If I lose $3 Ima be pissed!!!!!
I haven been paid yet. I have sent them 3 emails since I last posted and I get no reply.

So for now I would stay away from http://coinoyo.com

Im out of 3 bucks, but better for me to lose $3 than you guys a few million coins. Will post back when I get my coins back or get my btc
