give me your suggestion.
You just need to summon courage and get back on track. It is not the end of the world. Try your hand on some other coins if you still have money to invest.

Just Hold it for the meantime. Patience really pays off. when the market is down, don't panic. it will survive. the price will rise again. I know you lost too much. but you will get what you lost eventually.

your statement states that you've already lost much in btc. I think the best option for you to do is hodl. You've already lost . When you take your money out, you going home with loses . Just stay calm until it shoots again . I have strong belief things would be fine . Its part of the crypto games. However when it comes to online investments especially in online coins, make sure you invest what you can afford to loose .

HODL, I think this is a terrible time to sell BTC or other crypto, the best for now is HOLD because I think almost all altcoins, are currently experiencing falling prices. So just wait until the moment when all altcoins bounce back
Better to wait than sell now. I think you just have to hold your position and even buy again, while waiting for crypto recovery.

Smile. Thank God for taking money, not health!  ;)Never invest large sums for you in one financial instrument. I think it's good to lose in the beginning. you've learned a valuable lesson! now you have become stronger and ready for more serious battles.

Majority of the users, particularly the investors where in a dilemma what to do next. Majority of the users invested big when the price of bitcoin and ethereum peaked high expecting good growth by the ongoing year to which now what we experience is a big fall in price which needs to change. Only thing that can be done is hold without which overcoming the loss just because of the price fall is simply impossible.

the best way you can do is to HODL your tokens mate. wait for the time that you could have profits for your coin before you let them sell in the market. don't mind your losses to much, it will just give you hard times to think about it. just relax and have faith that hopefully end of this year or early next year this crisis will end.

You are not actually lossing your money but rather the prices of your holdings are just dropping down it's value but you should not fear about it. The dip is just a part of cryptocurrency's votality so we must bear with it. Start buying more and try to continue holding.

In the bear market, it is nearly impossible to even not lose some money, maybe the very talent day traders can do so.

The only thing you can do is to hold your BTC and about your alts try to review each if it has potential to recover then hold it If not then sell it.

Everyone thinks this is the bottom of Bitcoin and the cryptocurrency market, but I do not advise people to hold all the altcoin in stock, or take the time and rethink the projects you are investing in and Selling non-potential altcoin, these are projects that can not increase ATH prices

Don't even try to sell right now because you'll the bear's job and it will keep the market down. Hold it and you'll get your reward.

Forget the past, I can only choose to forget now. Now the price is too low to hold. When the price comes back, it will be fine. It is good to do a bounty.

I suggest you do not create a problem because it may not be. If you can find in yourself the ability to get away from these sad thoughts and continue to keep your coins.

Well.. Everyone has lost money and notwithstanding,  we should attempt to be steadfast and be patience in order not to lose more.  If you think cutting your losses is okay for you then you should go ahead.  Holding however is the best approach to down market!
