Coinmarket.io, Thank you for  your very speedy and beneficial exchange.  I've been trying to wean myself off other slower, less thoughtful exchanges.  Us miners, we are a whiny bunch.  We have a lot invested in our hardware, both monetary and time wise, and of course we, in the pursuit of every last KH/s, want everything NOW! NO DELAYS! lol!  What most of us don't realize is the other side of the coin which we tend to take for granted.  The side the exchange folk, like yourself have to maintain.

Thank you for your hard work, and  I for one understand the need for downtime, and  really appreciate this thread and your participation in it for letting us know in advance, and during the downtime what's going on, to ease our nerves.  You're doing great. don't change a thing.  Except unless you can manage more uptime.  lol!

Thank you for the nice feedback.

We have purged the bitcoin wallet from invalid transactions.
There should be no problems with newly requested withdrawals after this point - the malleability issue should not affect new withdrawals,
but some of the old ones are still stuck in limbo until we either refund the accounts or resend the transactions.
The code for that procedure is not ready yet, but we are working on it.

Please understand that we and many more people/organizations are very busy right now solving these issues on a large scale.

PS: there is no need to post information about stuck BTC withdrawals here. We can find them, easily. The resolution will take some time.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Credited all stuck deposits that we found. Anyone else has stuck deposits?

We would like some people to test BTC withdrawals (using small amounts).
Do they appear on blockchain.info right away (in 10 seconds)?

Hi coinmarket, I tried to withdraw btc yesterday, but the didn't arrive. Below the confirmationmail, that i clicked.
When I look at this btc address in blockchain, then there was 0 action.
Any ideas?
Hi, we ran getrawtransaction and decoderawtransaction on that txid to see that it still exists in our memory pool.
We will attempt to send it with sendrawtransaction, please wait.

My smc deposit still isn't showing after 830 confirmations......
I posted about this yesterday, I'm surprised it's still not been fixed.
Should be fixed now.

Hi coinmarket, any news yet?

Hi coinmarket, how about btc withdrawels. This one was from couple days ago. The btc did NOT arrive.

Sorry, we will look into it - its a deposit.

the transaction malleability attacker changed the TX id from
https://blockchain.info/tx/909bb23b4673d7b1a8018a361cd74e27e9a286f5d1192edead23d3435873154b
to

and this is why your deposit is stuck.

Please wait while we develop an automatic routine to fix all them.
