Any plans to move to a ticket system?

Can you imagine if Cryptsy used a bitcointalk thread for support?  The sheer mass of the vitriol that would be spewed would take down the whole of the intarwebs in mere minutes.

In one sense it serves nicely to improve transparency.  In another it could give the less-initiated folks out there a false impression about the reliability of the service.  Which, all things considered, has been superlative.

We have now determined that our bitcoin wallet is not corrupt and all inputs are spendable.
The getbalance & listunspent calls and the database query all return the exact same balance.
All coins from stuck withdrawals are now safe to reuse, but the code for that is not ready yet. We will keep you posted.
The most probable outcome is that your BTC balance in coinmarket.io will be refunded and you can safely withdraw or use it at that point.

Hi my coinmarket.io username is chuckscap.   I deposited 1000 KDC to my coinmarket.io wallet  two days ago.  It's still in the "on orders" status.

Transaction id: 00ec2e0af12519171e5b35ca9e86d1d36d61baa5f8fd4291df339fc91a4f90a5

Could you please check on it and "unstick it" please.

Thanks!

Deposit still stuck!  Please fix it!

Chuck

Chuck

Credited all stuck deposits that we found. Anyone else has stuck deposits?

We would like some people to test BTC withdrawals (using small amounts).
Do they appear on blockchain.info right away (in 10 seconds)?

Hi, I still have not seen my withdrawl of:
Wed Feb 12 2014 04:20:14    0.07169166   BTC   199.27.128.91   confirmed (this is not my IP BTW, I did a reverse lookup and it belongs to your cloud hosting provider)

To wallet address: 1HUgja5rByMjBdfDcQxvzGumKYSGCkLHzd

I received no txID and none is showing on the wallet history, however the funds have been removed from your online wallet. Your site appeared to crash as I was clicking on the Confirmation link.

I it seems like the confirmation URL from the email contains a txID but I can't find this on blockchain.info

Please check into this.  Thanks for all your help.

The transaction malleability attack affected some 50-100 users in 2 days.
Thousands of users were affected on some of the larger exchanges.
We are working on a solution as we speak. Thanks for pointing out the IP address bug.

this is entirely true.

btc-e got hit bad. i have been waiting on 5btc+ that was allowed to be w/d from btc-e right before the ddos attacks were recognized, and still have no explanation as to where it's at. it has been on the blockchain for 48 with 382 confirmations and still building. this tx malleability attack has been pretty damn rough. you have been doing a great job with the transparency and updates coinmarket.

especially compared to other exchanges. that cannot be denied.

I just created an account on CoinMarket.io and logged in, but can't access my wallet. The "Wallet" link on the menu bar at the top of the page doesn't work (nor does "Trade History", "Settings" and "Logout").
